it's not that oxymoronic, I'm afraid. they have monthly specials that consistently rotate old favorites. my favorite is the shawarma, but they're famous for their reuben. most of their menu isn’t too special, but they have a few gems through their specials. they also offer fun lattes (with pre-made syrups), vegan candy bars, and pastries. the service is excellent even when there are hiccups, such as me ordering a slice of quiche that was forgotten about. the staff...
Birch Cafe is the best restaurant if you are looking for vegan comfort food and amazing bakery items and sweet treats! The homemade lemonades are tasty, as well. Love how they always have seasonal items! The staff is always so kind and helpful! Definitely going to be visiting again!
