The atmosphere is beautiful, the people there are so friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. Everything is vegan so I don't have to worry about what I am ordering. I got their gluten free bagel stuffed with bacon, egg, avocado, spinach and cheese. I wish I could come here all the time but I live an hour away. I highly recommend this place vegan or not because their food is delicious! They also have BVH cookies and other pastries.

Industrial Cozy is how I describe Birch Cafe! It's a warm & cozy atmosphere with a cafeteria look.
The food is amazing and the staff are friendly & patient!
My new stop every time I'm in Highland Heights! And we love the cozy mugs too, and our mocha & latte was right on point! Two thumbs up! 😁👍🏾👍🏾

Stopped in on our way out of Cleveland. Had a fantastic breakfast burrito with a big chocolate chip cookie and a bottomless cup of coffee. The food here is all vegan and my choice was delicious! Staff was very friendly, polite and professional. There's a small counter area, and a larger table area with plenty of seating. There's also a small but warm little area with more comfortable seating. You order and pay at the counter then find a seat while you wait. Our food...
