Missing items and wrong item. Returned to store with zero response in fixing the problem. Left and learned a lesson, dont go back.

They tell you “online order only” when you’re standing right at the counter….? And all you get in response when asking why is a blank stare.

Absolutely unacceptable to receive a USED tortilla when you pay for a tortilla on the side. I opened the tortilla on the side and it already had rice and cilantro on it as if someone forgot that it's a side tortilla and scooped the food out of it and then DECIDED TO STILL GIVE IT TO ME. It's a tortilla, not a 24K brick of gold. GET ANOTHER ONE.

place is filthy, I'm surprised the health department doesn't shut it down. the rice in all of our meals had so much lime juice dumped in they were inedible. workers are rude and hate their jobs. go to a different location.

Food and service is consistently terrible every time I come here. It’s worth the extra drive to go to Legacy. Fire the management and team and start over. This is a top down issue.

I’ve been to bad chipotles… this one is by far the worst. No idea how corporate hasn’t come in and cleaned house here.

5:30 pm today, out of hot and medium salsa. Every single time ive been here in the past two years, if its after 7pm, someone will announce to everyone in line that they are out of one or multiple items. Then half the line walks out, builds up and they announce it again. Its a reoccurring and annoying issue. You don't go to mcdonalds order a burger and they tell you they're out of Cheese and pickles. This and the mayfield road location are terrible representations of the company in terms or service, quality and cleanliness.

This place is terrible. They always out of meat. Chipotle is terrible and they want to open 300 more stores, for what !! The staff play around in the store. They don’t wash their hands. The register always broke. Do not go to this place.

By far the worst and dirtiest Chipotle I've ever seen.They didn't have forks available.No napkins, this is my second time here, and it's the same thing.Trash is overflowing bathrooms are gross

Training cannot help who made this burrito. More food is out of the shell than in the shell. How do you eat this?

We went in to snag a kids meal for my daughter. There was a stack of kid plates that they use for this but instead the worker put her sides into the small cups they use for salsa. She only filled each halfway. The quesadilla was just an open face tortilla with cheese on it. They didn't have juice or milk. No kidding tortilla chips. My daughter said the food tasted weird overall and the meat was rotten tasting. There were no redeeming parts of this visit.

If I could leave 0 I would - terrible attitude - don’t fill your bowls up and charge you double for literally barely a single serving of steak. Sad this location is going down. Pathetic.

The last time I ordered here, I ordered pick up. When I walked in, it was disgusting. Food and trash were everywhere, including the kitchen. We won't be going back, and the other Chipotle by Marc's is just as bad.
