This place is terrible. They always out of meat. Chipotle is terrible and they want to open 300 more stores, for what !! The staff play around in the store. They don’t wash their hands. The register always broke. Do not go to this place.

By far the worst and dirtiest Chipotle I've ever seen.They didn't have forks available.No napkins, this is my second time here, and it's the same thing.Trash is overflowing bathrooms are gross

Training cannot help who made this burrito. More food is out of the shell than in the shell. How do you eat this?

We went in to snag a kids meal for my daughter. There was a stack of kid plates that they use for this but instead the worker put her sides into the small cups they use for salsa. She only filled each halfway. The quesadilla was just an open face tortilla with cheese on it. They didn't have juice or milk. No kidding tortilla chips. My daughter said the food tasted weird overall and the meat was rotten tasting. There were no redeeming parts of this visit.

If I could leave 0 I would - terrible attitude - don’t fill your bowls up and charge you double for literally barely a single serving of steak. Sad this location is going down. Pathetic.

The last time I ordered here, I ordered pick up. When I walked in, it was disgusting. Food and trash were everywhere, including the kitchen. We won't be going back, and the other Chipotle by Marc's is just as bad.

Rice was not done, vegetables over cooked. When trying to call only automated machine responses and replies.

This location is were joy goes to die. She's like a toxic girlfriend you know doesn't treat you well, but 5 months later there you are at the counter ordering food again.

Another mistake I promised I would not make again.

The food is bland which is sad because I remember (10-15 years ago) when Chipotles food was fantastic.

The customer service is non-existent. There is none. The employees here clearly hate their jobs. You can see it, you can taste it, and I bet, they would say it if you asked but good luck getting anyone to speak with you. Even when you stand next to the Online order shelve for 10 minutes. I guess they thought I was waiting for the bus.

The music is way too loud. The place is dirty as hell, behind the counter, in the dinning room, the drink counter, near the garbage cans. It's clear they clean the place every Friday night and no other time during the week.

Here's how you fix the issue. Put up a wall at the counter, add 4-5 touch screen Kiosks and call my name when my order is ready. No direct interaction with customers, just 5-6 employees making food. I think if Chipotle went to that model of food service, the experience would greatly improve.

The closed the store 40mins early I drove all the way over here just for them to look at me when I’m trying to come in how are they closing early and google say 10:00pm

Honestly I should of walked out after I treated the guy with a smile and got eye rolls and what do you want treatment

before I could even get out my sentence I’m being told no no no no no no

and I was asking where the trash was to throw out a bowl I got previously from another chipotle because I have never been to this chipotle

I had to let the employee know that 1 I was never gonna ask for a free bowl and 2 money is not the issue to pay for a lil $12 bowl all over its the attitude and professionalism

A more valued response and respectful would be “ I can help you find that but we do not replace bowls from other stores unfortunately you will have to buy a new one” and it would of been cool but to be cut off and to act like that is crazy and the fact my bowl was not even right 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Actually one of the worst chipotle locations I’ve been too. They are consistently out of everything and their service is slow. Somehow one day the managed to run out of both white and brown rice.

Mobile order only store??? Should not be open.
