I've never seen such a rude group of people... I stood in line to get crunchy tacos, which no one seemed to know anything about.. I asked if they could make them and was told no because it'll take 25 min. I've had them made for me before and they take 5mins, I told them that and was still told no... when I said never mind a gentleman yelled, " it's not my fault we don't have any". Absolutely out of order.!!! As a company there should be more training to all employees about common courtesy. This is awful...

Mediocre food for above market prices. Overcooked rice, everything just a bit too salty but lacking flavor. Carries the label Chipotle but feels like a hole in the wall place. Sadly, this isn't the only location that doesn't stand up to the old timey standard of 2010's Chipotle taste and pride. I say not worth it. Not coming back unless I'm desperate.

The plus there was no line. The preparer was very nice but the rice was a little hard.
Dirty, loud, employees not wearing hair nets/gloves, out of numerous items every time I visit. Most recently, one of the items they were out of was bowls- like actual physical paper bowls. Items ordered online are skimpy (ex: extra cheese was just a pinch on top, not even a normal amount). I’ve also come to pick up an online order and it’s sitting behind the counter way up high getting cold on the shelf, without anyone to retrieve it for 10 minutes or more after the due time, after I’d been standing there obviously waiting.

Picked up at Chipotle lane. The employee at the window seemed unbothered by my wait at the window, while she finished packing orders...but I can live with this behavior since she was working alone at the window. The food was expected. Everything was in the order.

As I walked into Chipotle I was approach with "You have to order online" As I ordered online with some assistance and completing my order I looked at thr counter full of all the food served. Trays empty, some of the food dried up not fresh. Young man serving went to back constantly pulling up pants and touching other objects with same gloves on. The grill dried up meat on it completely thick with Gump. I watched as he tried to clean it so nasty. I asked for a refund after the young lady carried lettuce in her hand from back of the store. I received a refund of only what the food cost but not my taxes.This Chipotle on Wilson Mills Rd need to be cleaned up and reorganized. No professionalism or customer service at all.??

People coming in and not telling them that they'd only doing online order just having people stand there. Absolutely no professional courtesy or personality.
