I was frustrated by my inability to make the substitution that I preferred. I have diabetes and would have preferred to have two eggs in place of the hash browns and toast that came with the meal. The price difference based on the a la carte menu would have been in the restaurant’s favor. I am in a position where I must either sacrifice food that I essentially paid for or eat food that may be worse for my health. Please change your policy on substitutions to reflect the desire to have fewer carbohydrates, given how many customers and potential customers also have diabetes and would like more low carb options.

My friend and I usually go to this Denny's after leaving karaoke on Tuesday nights and have always experienced friendly service. We decided to go this passed Tuesday because we hadn't been there in a while and we sat at a booth by the window where we usually sit. There's a new manager there who was very evil and mean to us while telling us we have to sit somewhere else (I guess she didn't have enough servers). My friend has anxiety issues and became very uncomfortable by the manager's behavior. She did not want to stay and the manager refused to apologize for her behavior and the inconvenience of us having to sit somewhere else. This manager is in desperate need of sensitivity training and I was very disappointed that my friend and I had to leave our favorite place to go on Tuesday nights.

Uber eats order of what should be Chicken Fried Steak and Country Gravy! When I asked to speak with the manager and started complaining about this meal…..the manager assured me SHE prepared it perfectly! Excuse me? If the store manager is ALSO preparing the meals…..that’s a big problem!! There’s not a chef or line cook in the world that would ever call this chicken fried steak and gravy and dare serve it to the public as such! It smells like the old, burnt grease it was cooked in. The manager/cook readily admitted that she typically only adds about 2 tbsp of gravy on the steaks! Most people use more than 2 tbsp of gravy on their potatoes! The manager/cook kept trying to reassure me that this was cooked “textbook” perfect and was genuinely perplexed as to why I was complaining! It went straight into the trash after I snapped a photo for the world to see. She said she’d give me a refund which I should see in 72 hours. We’ll see. Denny’s of Highland Heights, Ohio on Wilson Mills Road……DO BETTER!!!

I was excited to visit a Denny’s again for the first time in over a decade but was incredibly disappointed. The entire restaurant smelled like burnt food. I could smell it on our clothes for the rest of the day. The food was not good. Blane and greasy. It even felt like the fruit was greasy. The hashbrowns, which I was most excited about, were barely cooked yet somehow still greasy. The bathrooms were both completely unusable. I don’t think they’ve been cleaned in a long time. Not properly at least. I was also shocked at the prices. The service was good and fast though. Won’t be back ever.

I ordered a t bone and served it to me cold and the waitress acted like it wasn’t a big deal joking about calling corporate and she said the manager was back there cooking so where is the actually cook ?and the they only had one waitress and the manager the was supposed to cook.and this was at 10am

This one is right by my house so I'll often go with a book midday or on the weekend when it isn't super busy. I might go too often though because some of the staff know me and ask where I've been if I haven't been around recently. Oops.
But the staff are super friendly, and the good is better than it should be. Favorite Dennys location (and not just because of how close it is)

It's Dennys so I can't say much. The server had no personality. The food was in the windows because the French toast could be eaten with a knife to cut thru it. It smelled old in the building and all the booths were either duct taped or warped. But agin it's denny

This location is my go-to place for pancakes and breakfast food all day. They make great pancakes.
The restaurant always has seating. The service is always friendly. The restaurant is always understaffed. Sometimes there is nobody at the front and you have to wait to be seated. But once seated the service is almost always fast and friendly.
Our grandkids very much enjoy going there and the place is kid friendly.
Parking: Never have a problem finding parking near the entrance.
Kid-friendliness: Our grandkids like going here and the staff and other diners are kid friendly.
