Let me make this clear. I would never, ever go to this restaurant, but my uncle loves the place so we go. He is a senior citizen with disabilities. He enjoys the food and the service. Food isn't bad service is very good the server is always very nice courteous professional helpful and attentive to my uncle I appreciate that and her!

Worst service I had ever seen, and I've had plenty of bad services Ordered the lumberjack breakfast with all bacon crisp Received bacon(not crisp) and ham and never got the white toast Never received my refill on my coffee, had to get my own silverware, and my Togo box. They wouldn't deduct my toast off the bill and I was there for an hour and a half I won't return there for a long while

Places an online order at 1am the website says 24hours but when drove there they was closed. Getting resolved or not this shit unprofessional & more importantly a huge inconvenience. But hey Normal situations in Ohio

I normally go here for breakfast in the mornings it can be a hit or miss depending on who’s cooking. Today I went at lunch and was totally disappointed there was not one but two pieces of medium length hair served with my order. One piece came mixed in with my motzarella sticks and the other one was on my container of salsa. I will not be returning this absolutely turned me off from my favorite lil breakfast run for cheap eats. Get some hair nets!!! The manager only said remake the food, no this meal needed to be free
