Harry Buffalo Highland Heights

This food was amazing! Prices were even better! I will be going more often. Must try the Shrimp tacos you wont be disappointed.

The service was pretty good at the atmosphere was okay what I had a problem with was the Fountain being out of service so all we could order was water or alcohol, and I could tell by the way I felt from eating their food that it was super low quality in comparison to the restaurants I'm used to eating at this was the first time I have eaten here and it will be the last the food made me feel so sick quality is similar to when I purchase fast food. For the prices being charged they need to upgrade on the quality that they use for the meat in their burgers

The host was great. the server was lackadaisical at best. Chicken tenders were overcooked. We did enjoy the yacht rock.

Had started calling shortly after 10p.m to place an order, called about 3x before deciding to come in to place an order. I come in at 10:25 to place an order (online states orders can be placed until 10:30) Andy, the bartender explains that he decides took the phone off the hook because "it was busy." I come in and it's the bar is pretty much empty. There's a handful of people inside.

Solid little bar with good food and service. Got rid of all the old arcades that were fun to play. Needs some TLC and updating since it was built

Went to the Highland Heights Harry Buffalo. Dined in. There were just two of us and there was only one other customer in the place. I ordered a cheeseburger and the person I was with ordered some type of sandwich. It took a full 40 minutes after ordering to get the food. My burger WAS TOTALLY RAW INSIDE. Only the outside looked cook. I cut into it and the entire burger was raw inside. I showed it to the waitress and inquired if the regular cook had cooked it. She said no. She told me the obvious ---- that I couldn't eat it like that. Everyone knows you cannot eat raw ground meat. Could get quite ill. Have not returned since and never will. Obviously, whoever cooked it did not know cooking basics.

Hostess was polite, accommodating, and seated us promptly. Waiter was nice and attentive. Not a huge fan of the fries, but the Hot Jalapeno Wings were tasty!

Their bison burgers are outstanding! The best burger in NE Ohio! If you've never had one and are leery of trying one, don't be. It tastes like a beef burger, only leaner - yet juicy. As I get older, sometimes I have issues digesting beef, especially since my gallbladder surgery. But I don't have issues with bison. YUM!

Great atmosphere, but my server advertised a daily special, then gave me a different (higher priced) entree, did not at any point ask for clarification, then told me I "should have asked" (!???) when I asked about the discrepancy. I'm a millennial, I feel bad asking for WATER, but this situation made me so mad! If you're unsure what the customer ordered it's normal to ask them to clarify, not ring them up the most expensive menu item and treat them like an idiot for not anticipating the problem ahead of time. Iwas raised right so I still tipped her but if this is the kind of service they have, I'm not surprised they're hurting for business.Also, the NES controllers are sticky and barely work.

The guy who sat us couldn't understand that we needed a table that wasn't bolted to the wall. The waitress was nice. My husband and I ordered the same thing, his came out warm mine ice cold. They fixed, but the bowl was not super to have black beans and both of them did. I would have ordered something else or had them hold the beans.

Randomly decided to give this restaurant chain a try because I saw they have a taco Tuesday special. I ordered a beef, chicken and boom boom shrimp taco. The former two tacos were very bland. I mean like boiled chicken and browned ground beef without any "taco" seasoning, bland. I'm not even sure if there was salt in those tacos. The shrimp taco was ok though.We had a good server so I'm going to come back and try something else off their menu.

My experience was wonderful! Our waitress was great very nice the food was piping hot and good and that is somewhere that I can always go back to.

You can't kill what is already dead. I appreciate what they are trying to do with their wings, but... The wings I had were tough and hard to chew, they were the last time I had them. It has been years since I was there and I was hoping it was just a bad batch. Not.

Stopped in for lunch. Not very crowded. Very nice inside. Food was ok, reasonably priced for 2022. My patty melt had more bread than burger.

Went out for a quick bite, wanted to sit on the patio but was told no. They had the front of the building opened up, and for some reason we were not allowed to sit by the open space and fresh air. Instead we were bunched up with everyone else by the bar.We ordered drinks wife got a margarita I had a double shot of tequila on the rocks. And ordered some apps at the same timeTook a bit for food to show upThe kicker to the evening was when we finally got our bill.Turns out ice water with diner is free all you want but if you ask for on the rocks with your alcohol they are going to charge you $1 for ice (Double shot was already $16)Waitress laughed when we brought it up. Said its a bar thing.She still got a 20% tip but we wont go back.
