DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ROMEO's OWNER DOSN'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR ANYTHING, SAID HE HAS 2 DECADES OF EXPERIENCE, KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I ordered a pizza from them for like the first time in a year and after about an hour seeing they're only about a mile and a half down the road from me I called and no one answered here they were closed and I'd open the front door of my house which literally was less than 10 ft away from where I was sitting in my recliner waiting for the pizza to be delivered is it ice cold pizza so I keep so I keep dialing the number knowing that there's no way they can be out of there they haven't cleaned up yet and the night manager answers and the delivery guy says he pounded on my door for 6 minutes A total lie and then the manager says you have to go and call the owner so I called the owner and he's like well you're irate and blah blah blah and I'm not doing anything to you now listen I ordered a small pizza it charged me a $5 delivery charge and then I told the girl to round it up to an even number and he ended up receiving a $6.50 tip on top of it and then bold face lied and the owner who I was upset when I called said he doesn't like my tone and I'm rude and I'm like you know what man it's my money and your guys a liar so you know what if you think that they are going to care about how you feel about what happens with their their food or if it received it bad or ice cold forget about it these people don't give two F's about what you think
AVOID THIS PIZZA PLACE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
Do not buy the pizza from this place they don't care if it's wrong upside down or ruined they don't care at all. And on top of it he bragged about being in the pizza business for two decades LOL.
It apparently didn't learn a single thing about customer service too busy patting in the himself on the back. I grew up in the catering business and I have seen my father totally refund and not charge customers for mistakes that were made delivering their food orders that were over $1,000 because customer service is everything apparently in 20 years he has learned nothing

I came to Cleveland for work training and found this place which was right around the corner from where I was working at. Without a doubt the best calzone I've ever had in my life.
Pizza is delicious. I love the sauce. My kids a super picky but I was able to customize a pizza for them with no red sauce and minimal toppings and they actually devoured it. Wings are good, and I tried the meatball sub recently and it was great as well. Delivered earlier than expected and the driver was very friendly.
Tried something different than my usual & got the Ranch & Potato pizza & the garlic Parmesan wings. So delicious. Definitely getting again!
Update: got the Ranch & Potato pizza & the Garlic Parmesan wings AGAIN! Still fantastic! Next will be one of the sub sandwiches.
I called because a complain and the guy who picked my call was so disrespectful.. He told me his name is Sam … the owner…👎👎👎👎👎

We have been loyal customers for years and have always loved the pizza with its fantastic options and specialties. However, the customer service is abysmal. The owner, Sam, lectured me and completely disregarded proper customer service etiquette. As someone who understands the importance of going above and beyond to keep customers satisfied, I find this behavior unacceptable.
We will never purchase pizza from Romeo’s again. The owner does not care about losing a customer. However, I believe in the power of word of mouth, and I will make sure others are aware of my experience.

I’ve been wanting a good pizza for days. I get here past closing and they still served me. Although not very happy. Understandable. It was the best pizza I’ve had in Cleveland. They closed early on mondays though at 7. Anywho it was super tasty. Really good sauce and the sausage was the best to me.
Do not use Romeo’s app. We purchased two large pizzas using the app. We had a discount code. The app showed the discount on checkout, but when we looked at the credit card statement, it did not apply. We called Dean the owner and he said 99.9% of the time it is operator error and he usually doesn’t do anything about it. He kept saying he would not do anything and then accused me of being rude.
Long story short… do not use their app. They do not stand behind the app. If you have a problem, they do not help.
This is literally the best pizza i have ever had, they are very professional and very friendly!!! I got delivery and my pizza was still hit upon arrival!! Keep up the great work yall!!
I usually order here weekly for the children I work with. I placed an online order as I do every Tuesday for the special, I go to pick up my order and it’s only one pizza which I always pay online with my credit card, I explained to the “so called manager” my order wasn’t right and she refused to even try to correct it, repeatedly said it was an online order, nothing she could do, not even refund my credit card. I will never buy from here again and that was terrible service , besides, my order wasn’t even ready when I came to pick it up at my designated time I requested. Poor nasty service. I was once a restaurant mgr for 20 years, you can’t tell me there’s nothing you can do to satisfy a weekly customer who never had any problems at this location. I’m putting it out there since the lady refused to help me, but wants me to spend more money and screw up my order again. No more and I’ll have my colleagues avoid this Highland Hts location also!!!!
Is it possible to give negative. I called to place an order. They asked if my address was *** $$$$ Highlandd Heights. I said yes. They took the order. They called back to say they don’t deliver this far. I said you’re in Highland Heights & don’t deliver to Highland Heights a mile away. They said they had the address in Beachwood. I said it’s not. She put me on hold & got the manager who told me not to swear at her employees. I canceled the order I didn’t swear. The manager said that’s not what she heard. I don’t do business with liars. Never again.
