This use to be one of my favorite pizza places. I recently ordered the margarita with mushrooms, and it was the worst pizza that I have had. It lacked any flavor. It basically tasted like tomato sauce and mushrooms. The cheese didn't have flavor.

If your are looking for the best pizza and a great atmosphere then 3 Palms is you place. Awesome staff and a great wine selection. They have it all!! Locally owned and operated as well.

Great experience!!! We celebrated a birthday here and had awesome food and drinks. Then the general manager Robert came over and brought a special birthday brownie and thanked us for celebrating with them. The whole staff was attentive and nice and we had a wonderful night. Much thanks to everyone at 3 palms Pinecrest!!!

An unusually long wait even for covid. In fact our waiter told us that the kitchen manager just decided to "take off" and there was only one person In the kitchen. Our waiter - overall was attentive and gave us a free drink. The pizza toppings fell off the pizza and the $9 meatball(s) was only one small meatball. While both were tasty and I understand we are in "beach wood" area - I don't think that's right.

Bread plate, traditional meatball, and rapini pizza were all very good, everything came out hot out of the oven

I just experienced this restaurant a few days ago. The Caesar salad was definitely a bad batch because it was browning. I ended up getting food poisoning from that. I am not a fan of paper thin pizza either. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back. The service was really great though!

My Wife and I dinned in last night and it was a pretty busy weekend for them. When we sat down and did end up waiting a bit for our food. But, we were also aware that staff shortage is common these days so we did not make any fuss about it. Even then, the general manager came over to let us know how apologetic he was about our wait and we could tell it meant alot to him that our experience was top notch. Both food and customer service is excellent here, will definitely be coming back. If you go on a weekend just be mindful that the workers are doing their best to serve us. 10/10! Thanks guys :)

My server was really nice, one of the best I've ever had, but when I'm one of two tables and I ordered one pizza, I do not expect a 40-minute wait to be served a raw pie with a hole in it. I waited that long I wouldn't have minded another 30 seconds for a finished pie. Hole in it aside. Too bad because these are some quality ingredients that still shine through the improper cook. It could have been 100% my favorite pizza place ever but my pie is still raw and I am still late.

I enjoyed dinner at ? ????? finally. The wait for seating was about 20mins. I ordered a non-alcoholic craft root beer and for my appetizer I enjoyed turkey/chicken meatballs with ciabatta bread ? . I shared the funghi pizza ? with my gf. Service was cool. The vibration was good throughout this restaurant. Nice eats!

So the night started off with a long wait to be seated due to limited staff as well as a couple of other unfortunate circumstances, however we talked to the GM Rob, who turned what would have been a mediocre dinner into an amazing one! He stayed with us and made sure that we got all of our food, got our drinks and were completely taken care of until we left.Overall the service was great and the staff we interacted with were amazing and friendly people. We definitely plan on coming back in the future for the great food and amazing atmosphere provided in the location. My biggest hope for this restaurant is that they manage to get fully staffed and functioning at their peak ability, because there is so much potential for the people there as well as the service to improve just based on the philosophy Rob showed with how amazingly he took care of our order. Above and beyond anything I would have ever expected, and quite possibly the best service I've ever received at any restaurant I've been to.I regret not taking any pictures to include with this review, because words alone don't do it justice.

The pizzas were outstanding. The pepperoni was very spicy but in a delicious way. Service was friendly and very quick.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining here three weeks ago really enjoyed the pizza which was very good not greasy at all. We also had some wine and this lemon cake which was nice also and not overly sweet. The staff was outstanding Cassie was our waitress and the general manager Rob came out and checked pn us also we had fun with them.

I get that service can be slower than usual and understaffed at any restaurant these days. What I didn't understand was why the service was noticeably first-class for the young single girls' tables and substandard for the tables with families and older customers. My table consisted of 2 toddlers and 2 middle aged women (me being one of them). The service initially started great. Our server took our food and drink order. We ordered 2 half Caesar salads, a bread plate and a Margherita pizza. I didn't like that the salads are stuffed in these little bowls. We had to transfer the salads to a plate to to keep it from falling on the table. The salads also lacked seasoning and tasted bland. We asked for salt and pepper and received one of those tablecraft salt and pepper shakers. This is when we noticed the customer service difference between tables. The table with the pretty young girls received fresh cracked pepper from their server. He was very bubbly and lively with them and running around hand and foot for their requests. The same was for another table of pretty girls who just sat down. While all of this is happening, we've been waiting for our pizza for 45 mins. Our server didn't check on us or update us on the latency. We had to ask another server to find our server. That's when we found out that the kitchen was making us another pizza because there was a "mix-up" and someone took our pizza. Another 15 mins goes by. All the pretty girl tables had already paid their tabs and left. A table with middle aged customers were flagging down their server to pay their bill. We advise our server to bring our pizza out in a box to go. We finally receive the Margherita pizza and its thinner than flatbread. I asked the waiter if i could have balsamic glaze in a small ramekin to go. Without hesitation, our waiter says it would be a $4 charge. Very disappointing. Won't be coming back.

Not sure why this place has only 3 stars. I came here because I've been eyeing it whenever I stop by at Pinecrest and I decided to give it a try. They do socially distance tables due to COVID so just be aware and understanding if there is a wait. I don't recommend walking in starving. For an appetizer I had the calamari. It was perfectly prepared. A flakey coating on the outside and very tender squid on the inside. Now because this is my first visit, I had to order a pizza for an entree, since that is what they are known for. Their pizzas are thin crust pieces with about 8 slices. I ordered the margherita pizza and rapini for our table of 3. Two pizzas were the perfect amount! They were super savory and flavorful and the crust was nice and crisp! Although the staff were really friendly, I do wish the server was easier to get a hold of and more attentive to whether I needed a refill or a box. But other wise the ambiance is nice and has casual vibe and the food is great! I recommend coming down and checking it out!
