Very poor experience, rude staff that makes it feel like a hostile environment, coffee was okay nothing special. For that price and experience I will continue going to New Grounds down the street!

I came in for the first time with my family for some ice cream. The woman working was extremely rude. When I asked what she recommended for my daughters, she was short and uninterested in helping. The ice cream was very expensive and there was a very sour foul taste to each of the flavors we ordered. It tasted as if it had spoiled. The following evening my daughter threw up uncontrollably 3 different times. The other daughter was ok but I also the next day spent a good amount of time in the bathroom which was abnormal. It was clear we had both gotten some sort of food poisoning. I don’t usually write reviews but this place was terrible. Bad customer service and bad product. STAY AWAY
Edit: The owner responded in the same manner her or her employee treated our family. It is truly sad that someone like her cannot take constructive criticism. Disgusting behavior. I will be telling all my Hilliard/Dublin friends about this place and how we were treated. Very troubling behavior.
Second edit: The owner has now insinuated I am a liar claiming she looked at the camera footage of the day I mentioned. To be clear I never said what day it was when our family came in so clearly the owner is the one manipulating and lying. Once again, problematic behavior to accuse a paying customer of intentionally lying about an experience so that their business practices are not called into question. I was going to leave it at just a review but you have motivated me to contact local news outlets to display our interaction and experience.

I ordered the mango lassi which I really enjoyed, it was a good balance of sweet and yogurt. Sometimes it can be to sweet but theirs was really good and balanced.

I am in love with this place. The coffee is delicious. I got a caramel latte with oat milk and the coffee is so clearly sourced well and doesn’t have a bitter taste to it. I also got the Dubai chocolate that they’re selling and that was pretty good also! Worker was amazing and the atmosphere and vibes were awesome. I would totally come here to study and hang out a lot more!

Delicious coffees, teas, ice creams and a decadent dessert case!! Order and pay at the counter, find a plush seat and they bring your order to you. Very friendly, attentive staff. Definitely be back! Location is a small strip mall on Cosgray. They are on the far left side of the strip.
