Thank you so much to Trisha and Thomas for helping us last night! Our bike’s battery had gone out and I was severely thirsty from it being so hot. Trisha offered me a cold water and Thomas offered to jump the bike for us! This is so much more than just customer service! These two are absolutely amazing and didn’t even blink when it came to helping two people, who weren’t even there to get a pizza! Amazing employees! Will definitely come here for some pizza! The stromboli was good, but I was very disappointed with the salad. When I got it home, I had to pour water out of it. And not just a little. Probably 1/3-1/2 cup of water. The lettuce was so wet. The toppings were fresh, but the wetness made the cheese clump and become limp.
Look, it’s not an eat in style place and the interior is a bit of a dive, but I’m usually encouraged by that. They aren’t trying too hard. It’s just a good pie. The crust is very different than I’m used to. Not as chewy as a traditional type like Sextons. A little more like a cracker crisp around the outside. Sextons is an amazing pizza but I’m getting a little tired of it all the time. This was a very pleasant surprise! We’ll be ordering from Angie’s again...
