Was told 20 minute delay. No reason given. Just 20 minute delay. There were open tables. Weird!!

Middle of the road, food is average, their side salads are a little pricey to add to a meal. Should be an even side exchange, but the make you pay extra

Went there for appetizers with family and friends (fried pickles, soft pretzels, boneless wings) along with Ice tea and a margarita on my bill. The appetizers were good. Sever was a little overworked, but held their own.

Applebees is well, still very much Applebee's. It's good, but nothing so good, you can't get elsewhere. I enjoyed the appetizers along with visiting family and friends.

50 minutes to get a burger that was over cooked, very dry, cheap on the sauce. I would have sent it back but it took so long for the first one I did not want to wait. The fries were good. The service was very slow. I had to wear my winter coat while I ate because it was so cold and drafty. They could have turned up the heat. I was not the only person wearing a jacket while eating. Not a very good experience. Gone down hill again. What a shame!

The wait for the food was so long we almost got up and left it was cold in there they had no heat they had heaters in there it was an unpleasant atmosphere the waitress was not attentive at all. I know nothing is gonna be done. I will not be back to Applebee's. just a bad experience. Also there is never help in there.

Jamie was probably one of the best servers I have ever had in my life. It was my son’s birthday and she made him feel so special. Food was good, drinks were good, the whole night was really good. Thanks

Food was great. Customer service could really use some work. While we were there. A total of 11 people including us were their. I had to wave down a staff member 4 times. Just to get s drink.

Always slow service at my local Applebees's. On my last visit, I had to compete with insects for my food.

Place was dead, about 5-6 tables, 0 at the bar on a football Sunday!
Seated right away. A server, bartender, runner and the host once again passed our booth nary a word to our threesome through this 20+ minutes. Left to go elsewhere & while exiting was asked by staff if we were leaving!
Seemed more focused on a group of six 3 booths down & the couriers picking up.
Texas Roadhouse across the street had waiting line & had to sit in bar area @ an Outback 4 doors down to get a booth. Should have known what we were in for based on the sparse parking lot.

My girlfriend and I went to lunch today and our server was so sweet and kind to us. We had lunch from the lunch menu and she talked us into dessert. The $1 brownie was the perfect ending to our perfect lunch. She was training as I don’t remember her name, which was funny because she told us she loved the tomato soup and then told us later it was her first day. We all laughed. She was delightful

Absolute garbage because they depend on doordash. The food showed up at my hotel with no ticket but when I called, Amber was completely rude to me. I spent $50 there for an appetizer and a dinner. Hello??? Be a little nicer. I don't care if it's a Friday or a hurricane, be nice. Awful management. Garbage.

They sat us and asked for our drinks and never came back. We waited for over 30 minutes and walked out with out even being served water. Terrible service, and I like Applebee's. I will never go back to that one, thank for nothing.
