We ordered takeout Orange Chicken & Shrimp Pad Thai (both to be extra spicy). We received the dishes requested. Neither were spicy or had much if any flavor at all. The shrimp was undercooked and both both dishes had a taste of fishy shrimp.

Ask for the traditional Chinese menu. They have the best traditional Chinese food in the Hilliard area. The owner will gladly answer questions you have and is quick to make a recommendation.

If you really want authentic Shanghai Chinese cuisine this is THE ONLY PLACE IN COLUMBUS, maybe in the whole Ohio that makes the most delicious and authentic Chinese food. Specifically ASK FOR THE CHINESE MENU ( is the one in a plastic folder) and order away, you can’t go wrong, everything is delicious.

Good was very good. Service was quick. Wish they understood me easier, egg roll was a bit dry. Overall, a good experience and price was average.

I'm so excited to find a Chinese restaurant in the greater columbus area that's not all spicy SiChuan cuisine. This little humble restaurant presents probably the only Shanghai cuisine in the area. Every time I made over to Hillard, I would stop by and get a few Shanghai dishes. A few of my favorites are pork buns, squirrel fish, and tenderly stewed park belly meat.

The reason I gave it a three stars is because: owner secretly charged tips without be honest tell (though she wrote down on paper but didn't itemized what it was until I looked at bill after left there. I did left tips on the table. ( But found out she already add on the bills). It has been a common problem for customers to found out restaurants add tips straight on the bills without tell customers. Then customers leave tips on the table, that put a double dipping for customers pocket. Most customers not happy with this kind of business behavior. For this particular restaurant,it lost me as a return customer, along with referral to my friends and family. The owner probably won't care lost some customers. Because there are always some one else will look at online reviews to pop in anyway.Food pretty good to be fair. That's rest stars for.**Owner replied this review and but unfortunately, owner identified wrong customers.
