Im not one to leave reviews but i felt like i had to. Went for an event on 10/22 around 6-8pm. Husband and I wanted a snack and sure why not, lets support local business right? Okay went up and the girl working visibly rolled her eyes as he went and stood in line. Ma'am, if you don't like to do customer service, dont work it. I do it too and I wouldn't let a customer see me physically looked annoyed/mad for whatever reason. Why would we go back when we felt like we were bothering. There's an event going on, you KNOW you will be busy. Anywho. Brownies were okay-ish, could make the same for cheaper with the betty crocker boxed ones.

I have been a customer and fan of Bakes by Lo since they first started. I was literally FLABBERGASTED when I tasted their rendition of the fudge round. This woman's ability to take old-time favorites and make them even better is INSANE. The SMELL of her pizzelles will send your eyes rolling into the back of your skull & cause your mouth to dump drool onto the floor. Also - my son is very particular about his sweets, and he devoured them all and has not shut up about them since! IF YOU LIVE IN THE AREA AND THIS IS NOT YOUR GO TO YOU NEED TO GET A CAT SCAN. 10/10 recommend for any occasion and for your general daily dose of dopamine!

We’ve been ordering royal icing sugar cookies from Bakes By Lo for special occasions for almost a decade now, and we continue to love the flavors and designs she comes up with. They’re buttery and delicious, and always beautiful. We also love stopping by the bakery to try weekly drop cookie flavors and my kids love the cosmic brownies. I especially love the buttercream sugar cookie and the cinnamon rolls. They book up quickly so be sure to order in advance for an occasion, but you’ll be SO pleased if you do!

Bakes By Lo is fantastic. I've had cookies from her back before she had her storefront in Hilliard, and she has always done a phenomenal job with cookies that look and taste great. She's made cookies for so many important events in my life - wedding, baby shower, 1st birthday, sister in law's 16th transplant anniversary and you can tell she takes great pride in her work. As great as her cookies are, she's an even better person and will do what she can to support her customers either by raising money for them or agreeing last minute during the busiest time of year to make cookies for an unexpected and important family event.
