Our son got salmonella poisoning 11/19/2024 from the Mango Habanero boneless wings & was out of work a week & saw his MD at COPC for confirmation. The owner called back would not own up to his food being the causal agent. Our son had not eaten in AM and had not been ill eating family food we all had in the days before. He began projectile vomiting an hour after eating at O Bradys all over his work space and was sick for 10 days. Very disappointing, not asking for anything; but I can't stand someone who suggests immediately is was not their fault.....blaming the victim. We had confirmation it had to be the wings from our MD. So if you immediately suggest it was not their food do you really take it seriously so it won't happen again ??? Please be aware their response is untrue the restaurant called me back after I called them first & no concern was offered. " we will let the health department investigate your complaint" Did not even ask how our son was & he missed 4 days work. Salmonella can kill you & they suggested he got it elsewhere !! He had boneless wings & the owner did not even suggest he would check out his supplier or call them & report this.

I went to Beef 'O' Brady's to pick up an order I put in with "too good too go" but when I got there I was told by Doug the manager at Beef 'O' Brady's that they were actually not participating with them yet so he would be able to give me my order, when I inquired about a refund he said allow to make this right and offered me something from the menu i ordered a burger and fries. Doug made this a great experience for me I appreciate his professionalism and will go back to this establishment merely because of Doug.

Went for Wednesday bogo wings and the boneless wings they served were awful. It tasted like someone cooked them and left them under the heat lamp for an entire day. By the time they got to my table they tasted like burnt cardboard, with the sauce. Mango habanero sauce mind you, which tastes like chili sauce not habanero. The waitress was kind enough to get another order and I'm telling you they smelled and tasted off somehow cooked somewhat more properly but just OFF! The table we sat at was being dripped on from the ceiling as well?! And the fries were also completely dried out and tasted off, I don't know if they need to clean out their cooking station or what, I really don't normally complain about restaurant service.
This entire experience was so bad and the food tasted so off (rancid, chemically?) That I went home and took a covid test... which was negative BTW
