I’m very happy to come back and edit my review to five stars. Initially I had given five stars because the food is great, staff is always friendly, and the building is always VERY clean but I brought it down to three because of the removal of the small bowl option. I’m so happy that they brought back the small bowl option so I’m going back to five stars. Some people don’t want to spend more for food they know they won’t eat. It’s wasteful (both in money and food). Can go wrong with ordering from this location dine-in and carry out are both always excellent.

I visit this location often and today I wanted to take the time to write a review for how much I appreciate Sue and her amazing staff. The location is always very clean, the service is always very timely, the staff is highly professional and accommodating, and the food is always delicious. Sue, the GM, is so incredibly kind, professional, and incredibly hardworking! It doesn't matter if my fiancé' and I are in for a casual bite to eat or if I'm rushing in to grab my favorite bowl before work, Sue and her staff never miss! Thank you so much for being a highlight at Tanglewood Plaza! We, the patrons, really appreciate your dedication to our love of delicious, healthy food and excellent service.

The food is amazing!! Service is friendly. Everything is very clean. Was cold sitting inside because the air was blowing directly on us. But overall it's an amazing place to eat.
I was so thrilled to find this place!! My nutritionist at OSU recommended it since I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease. It was wonderful not being afraid to order — knowing I was in a safe environment — away from any gluten and cross contamination. The manager, Soo, was especially warm and friendly and the lady who took my order helped me understand my options since it was my first visit. This will definitely be my NEW FAVORITE place to dine. The entire restaurant vibe was bright, immaculate and welcoming!

What more can I say about Bibibop than what has already been said?! It's definitely one of the greatest fresh food choices reasonably priced around. We always enjoy having a Bibibop lunch when we come to visit Columbus....I really wish we had one in Eastern Pennsylvania!! Please come over and spread the greatest food chain!!
Vegetarian options: You can build your own vegetarian bowls...anyway you like it gluten free.

I quite enjoyed my experience at this location. Staff greeted me with a smile and conversation. The food looked, smelled, and was fresh! I was happy that the rice was soft and fluffy like I like and everything was full of flavor. When I am in the area again, I will be back!

The lack of yum yum sauce is disappointing. Getting only a tablespoon and that's the most you can get is lame they must be desperate for money to have to short people on sauce to save money not going back ever
