LOVE the Hilliard Rome Rd location! Soo is amazing--so kind, friendly, sweet, and genuine! Her staff is wonderful, too. Always smiling, warm greeting, and kind. The portion size is perfect and the food is always fresh. I visit at least once a week. I always recommend the company and this particular location.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Bibibop on Hilliard Rome Rd. I came in to eat and politely asked for a small cup of ice since I had brought my own drink. While I was eating, the manager, Soo Reier, came over and told me those cups were for water only. I explained the situation, but instead of handling it professionally, she made me dig through the trash to show her my drink in front of everyone.
This was embarrassing, rude, and completely unprofessional behavior from a manager. I enjoy Bibibop’s food, but if the person in charge treats customers this way, it reflects very poorly on the company. I hope upper management addresses this issue and ensures guests are treated with respect in the future.
This place is incredible, my go-to spot for more than two years. The food and the vibe never disappoint.

I’m very happy to come back and edit my review to five stars. Initially I had given five stars because the food is great, staff is always friendly, and the building is always VERY clean but I brought it down to three because of the removal of the small bowl option. I’m so happy that they brought back the small bowl option so I’m going back to five stars. Some people don’t want to spend more for food they know they won’t eat. It’s wasteful (both in money and food). Can go wrong with ordering from this location dine-in and carry out are both always excellent.

This place is AMAZING! The customer service is out of this world, specially the manager. I come here very often and for Father’s Day I got a FREE BOWL! No other place loves their costumers like this location ! I’ll continue to come back specially if the manager is running things !
