Some of the employees are rude as hell and it’s the older ones. Today the drive thru like was long so I walked in to pick up my order. The lady at the counter says you’re going to have to wait until she clears the drive thru line to get your food bc it’s an online pickup.? If the line is long and people want to walk in and grab their food they can! Stop being rude and just hand them their food that they have paid for! This is the second time the employees have told me something so stupid! The first time they told me I wasn’t allowed to add extras to my bowl even if I paid for it ?? do better!!!!!
