Ordered takeout breakfast from Bob Evans and was pretty disappointed. The food was cold by the time we got it, and a couple of items were missing from the order. We didn’t bother bringing it back, but honestly, probably won’t go back either.

Someone needs to let Bob know that the taste of the food at this location is poor. The sausage and sausage gravy does not taste like the Bob Evans I know and love.

I used to go to another location. But I stopped by this one because it was close. After my experience, I will only patronize this location. Mikaela and Alexa, are some of the most welcoming and personalble hostesses you will ever meet. They will accommodate your every need. They are wonderful assets to the company. When you stop in say hello to Mikaela and Alexa.

My family and I had dinner here Saturday night and they weren’t super busy, got our family of 3 adults and 3 kids sat right away! Then…. They served the best Bob Evans meal we have had in YEARS, they’re turning things around at this store 👏🏽

I have never been so embarrassed or felt discriminated against! Glenn is a horrible server and shows that he does not like African Americans. He was very rude! Never came to refill drinks- i had to request coffee And my grandchildren had to request refills. My food was brought out cold and looked like it Sat in the window for a long time. I complained that I did not want it because it looked old. Luckily the manager heard and came over to see if I wanted my order redone. The only saving grace. My grandkids still had to wait longer to get one cup of hot chocolate refilled. Horrible service, the only respect was from the supervisor and I appreciate him. We were at table 47 and it was 9 of us.
