Completely unprofessional and rude person on receiving end of speaker while going through the drive-thru! So rude in fact that we didn't even bother ordering, we just left! 6/29 around 3:00 p.m. DO BETTER! Then tried to vall to ask why we were treated so rudely. .no answer! 4 cara in parling lot so no excuse they were busy...wow. Do better BK with your choice of customer service folks!!

Ordered 2 impossible burgers. I know it’s plant based and the redness is for color purposes but you can’t tell me that this is cooked all the way. I took a picture next to the other impossible burger that we ordered that was cooked thoroughly.
Hours are listed 7am-10pm every day, placed a mobile order at 9pm and got there around 9:10pm with cars being parked outside the establishment clearly being employee cars. Sat in the drive thru with no response for 5 minutes so I pulled around to the second window and the dining room lights were off but the back lights were on. When I called the lady on the phone said they closed at 9pm and everything has been shut down for the night. Her only solution was for her to get in contact with someone to change the time for their business. Very unhelpful and didn’t seem to care at all.

Went to go inside at 640pm the doors were locked, but the employees kids were inside running around . Then say in the drive thru for 10 minutes after she says give me a minute, 10 minute still nothing so I left. Won't be back, barely spoke English when she did speak. Do I won't be back to this place. Locked doors on a Sunday at 640pm ??.. I went acto the street and had great service

Asked for cheese on my Sandwhich and didn’t get it. So I had to go back in. I use to work fast food. You are suppose to remake the whole thing. They just slapped a piece of cheese on it and handed it back. Workers were kinda rude and unapologetic about it. Will not be going back to this location.

Asked for chicken fries gave me 3 day old cheese sticks. Also took 30 mins to get my food to me. Once received, food was wrong and had to go back through and wait another 10 minutes. Absolutely awful place will never go back. A bunch of kids just messing around. Terrible staff. If I could give this zero stars I would. Also they don't answer their phone even though they aren't busy, 2 cars in the drive through and no one inside.
