Carrabba's Italian Grill

Went there on Saturday and sat at the bar. My boyfriend went to the bathroom and she asked me for our drinks. Another couple came in and was sitting beside us a couple minutes later. They got their drinks and bread and we didn’t get nothing. Boyfriend got pissed and we left. No service.

We had a party of 25, at the Hilliard Ohio location. Our server Suzie was amazing! She was on top of everything and really took very good care of our party! The food was out in a timely manner. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Suzie never stopped smiling and was very patient with us! Thank you again for great service and great food.

Celebrating our 8 year anniversary, Had the Dinner and Dolce, Medium rare steak cooked perfectly, my girlfriend's spaghetti was so good. Colin our server was great. The only thing that was subpar was the mash potatoes.

Used to eat here often pre covid and during covid would get take out. It is no longer worth it, as prices have gone up and quality SIGNIFICANTLY gone down. Pictures is my "med/rare" filet. It was so disgusting I couldn't eat it .

Ordered the fettuccine carraba. I got egg noodles instead of fettuccine. They were gummy and just ok. Sauce was just ok. Meal was just ok

Service was very slow, food was warm nowhere near hot,minestrone soup was not good at all had way to many potatoes in it and tasted really flat.

Food was great. Served faster than expected even. Server was great.
Atmosphere ruined by Mexican rap emanating from the kitchen blazingly loud.
So much for Italian ambience.

For the price this place is very good. Chicken piccata was tasty and spinach with garlic delicious. Wait staff is very young and friendly and attentive.

Melenated people don’t visit this establishment. I came in for lunch at 1:05 pm. A gentleman by the name of Steve was my server. After I was sat , he walked past didn’t acknowledge me. When he did come to my table he didn’t greet me just asked what I wanted to drink. 2 sets of patrons was sat after I was sat. I watched as he greeted them and ask what would they like to drink. Also went with the tablet to discuss what they wanted . 10 minutes after sitting down, I still didn’t have my water. I walked out!! First time at Carrabbas Hilliard. Will be my last !! Get better service!!!

We had never been there before and I was pretty happy we went. Our server Suzi was great and the young man who helped bring out the food - I watched him throughout the visit and he worked his butt off. The bread was to die for and the lasagna was very good - could have actually used another noodle or two. My friend got a dish with fettuccine with garlic cream sauce and steak on top. She said it was just as good as it looked. Mom said the chicken Parm was very good also - the chicken was very tender. Even the side salad was good. The only downside was it took a while to get our checks and finish the transaction. Overall, we were all very pleased. Will definitely go again!

don't direct me to the customer service portal for the entire company that won't actually solve the problem or alert other potential customers to not waste their time on online delivery orders. also it's clunky, awkward, and robotic sounding to use someone's full name replying to them. those things make you look like you don't care at all about fixing the problem and are replying with some disingenuous fluff in the hopes that it'll make your ratings better without doing any work.

your store specifically, not corporate or another store, made me wait over an hour for food only for the order to be inexplicably canceled (it was refunded but that doesn't matter much when everything else was already closed at that point and i had no food). i don't care if you were busy, you absolutely could have canceled it as soon as it was placed or prevented new orders being placed at all in the first place instead of wasting my time and screwing me out of other options because they all closed by the time you decided to cancel my order.

I got food to go (pasta & salad), i got home 10min away, went to eat my salad & it was brown & wilted... i was only hungry for my salad at the moment, my pasta was for later. I ended up not eating my pasta until the next day.

I took a couple bites before i bit down on something hard in my pasta that broke part of my tooth off, making chewing uncomfortable. I gave these people a photo of the object, my dental record & social only for them to ignore me & do nothing about it. Now some random employee (Brandon Bracken) w/ CorVel Corporation, a "authorized Third Party Claims Administrator,"
for Carrabba's has my private & personal information.

Ill never order pasta or anything i cant visibly see whats in it for takeout again. This restaurant ruined it for me.
