This is pretty much like other Chick-fil-A. I felt service was a little slow inside. I'm not sure if they normally are not that busy or it was shift changes or what. Everyone was nice, but getting someone's attention when you need refills or sauces took awhile. I feel like the grilled chicken quality is just getting worse every time I eat here. It was fine, but nothing like it used to be. Fries are amazing like always. Overall a good, quick stop.

The food is always great! But I gave 1 star because of the customer service. There was a girl working outside the drive through window handing out the food to customers. On Saturday 1/25 around 1pm. She looked like she hated life and had horrible customer service skills. She almost dropped our drinks and almost hit my husband in the face with the bag of food. Zero customer service skills. I will still get chick fil a but probably at a different location if she is still there.

I recently visited the Chick-fil-A on Hilliard-Rome Street and was disappointed with the quality of the food. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and the spicy chicken meal, but neither met the usual standards I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A.
The grilled chicken was cold and had an unpleasant oily taste. As for the spicy chicken sandwich, it was overcooked with way too much breading, making it overly crispy and greasy. The oil tasted old, which affected the overall flavor.
The waffle fries were also disappointing. They were stuck together like they hadn’t been properly separated during cooking, and they tasted overly oily as well.
I paid $24.85 for two meals, and honestly, the quality has declined compared to how good it used to be. I understand that they were busy, but that shouldn’t justify such a noticeable drop in food quality. Hopefully, management can address this and improve the consistency of their food. Gave two stars vs one due to a great Customer service. I like their team.

Chick-fil -a is well-known for its awesome customer service and one of the main reasons I go! However today was not the case at this location. I stopped in for a chicken and biscuit around 7:08am .There was a heavy set lady with brown hair. To that lady at the window who decided to tell me I was supposed to stop at the speaker for a pick up when the app tells us to go to the window DO BETTER! To keep repeating that I should have went to the speaker was unnecessary! What was the point? It was not going to change anything I was already at the window. Don't argue or try to correct a customer its rude! The app gives us the direction to go to the window and a team member will have my order ready! If you want customer's to stop at he speaker box then update the app! Plain and simple but don't tell people they should have stopped at the window when that is not what the app is telling them to do.
I do want to give credit to the short lady who handed me my food she was great!
I like their deluxe burgers and the kids love their chicken nuggets and chips. Excellent agile service
