This has to be the worst Chick-fil-A in central Ohio. Order came wrong with missing sauces and I ordered extra chicken on my Cobb salad and came with maybe 4 more pieces. Not worth the 4.95 extra they charge for extra chicken. Also found a blonde hair in my Cobb salad. Can’t be mine since I have black hair.

So first of all, everyone here was super pleasant. Truly, even the young man informing me of all the unwritten policies.
But I find it a little annoying that you can’t modify salads past a certain time. And you don’t find out until you’re literally at the restaurant.
I know it seems like a silly complaint, but if you have food allergies and are trying to eat healthy, especially at one of the only restaurants that serves healthy meals…well, just something to consider. Eating out is expensive and people deserve to get what they want when they are paying premium prices for it.

This is the cleanest Chic Fil A in Central OH. I love the fact that they also keep the outside clean; their sidewalks and drive thru pads are powerwashed and very clean. I saw it being done on a Sunday while I was right across the street at Target

ordered thru drive thru… had order repeated back correctly.. get to window, didn’t even put our name down… was rung up wrong TWICE.. then to top it off after waiting the order still WASNT CORRECT. since when does ordering bacon on your sandwich translate to this cup of cold salad bacon…?? for 30$ for two meals it’s really not that hard !!!!

The food and service are good here. Better quality and nutrition than the average fast food place. The politics of the corporate owners make this a problematic fave.

Missing the sauce I asked for. Fries were old. Sandwich was warm but thrown together. I specifically asked if the straws were in the bag but when I got home they weren’t. I worked at Chick-fil-a for 10 years, and this location is just falling short of what you expect from them. I’d rather visit the Tuttle location but it’s too far from home, just won’t frequent Hilliard Rome as often.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I absolutely had to recognize Mark at Chick-fil-A for the outstanding service and positive energy he brings to his job. I’ve never seen someone so genuinely happy and enthusiastic about what they do, it was contagious! From the moment I walked in, Mark created a welcoming, warm atmosphere that made the entire dining experience feel personal and special.
He didn’t just drop by a table or two he made a point to check on every single one, always with a big smile and kind words. I watched him approach a family with a baby who’d made a bit of a mess, and rather than stress or judgment, Mark made them laugh, joking, “How else is a baby supposed to eat?” That small moment meant everything, it showed real empathy and understanding.
Mark also went out of his way to engage with children, excitedly telling them about a scavenger hunt the restaurant was hosting. His energy was so authentic and joyful that it felt like more than just customer service, it was genuine connection.
Even though I was just sitting alone on my lunch break, Mark checked on me twice, making sure I was doing okay. That kind of attention to every guest, no matter their party size or situation, is rare and deeply appreciated.
If every location had a Mark, the world would be a better (and much friendlier) place. Thank you, Mark, your kindness and positivity did not go unnoticed!!!

wish i could give this zero. i spent $40 buying mo whole family food and they forgot MY entire MEAL. then the drinks spilled all over me and my car because the lids weren't on.
Somewhat disappointed with my original sandwich. The breast was much smaller, and there were parts that were mostly just breading. Not the standard I'm used to.

1st time to compare with Caine's. WAY! better than McDonald's greasy over cooked fillets (DISGUSTING) and cheaper than Caine's. Fillets, though, are smaller, greasy and not as crunchy breaded. The waffle fries are a GREAT competition to Caine's fries. I don't like fillets that limp like a greasy fry while you dip it or put it in your mouth. Even McDonald's nuggets are crispy, but sometimes terribly dried out. I'd rather have a burger. Sorry CFA, your service was superb, however.... Now, to check out KFC to see if they've cut back on the grease.
(It might also be a restaurant unit's thing. Maybe it's different at a different location)
