This is pretty much like other Chick-fil-A. I felt service was a little slow inside. I'm not sure if they normally are not that busy or it was shift changes or what. Everyone was nice, but getting someone's attention when you need refills or sauces took awhile. I feel like the grilled chicken quality is just getting worse every time I eat here. It was fine, but nothing like it used to be. Fries are amazing like always. Overall a good, quick stop.
it was monday, august 19 2024 when we arrived in the drive through of chick fil a hillard rome rd… we said thank you, not once but twice at the drive through and the man in the window didn’t say my pleasure, i audibly gasped when we departed and we didn’t get a beloved farewell of “my pleasure” food was bomb tho.
I went to grab a bite to eat before going to cars and coffee and they were quick, they were nice, I ordered through the app which is very convenient. I got 2 chicken egg and cheese biscuits and they just came out, they were warm and when I took a bite the chicken was nice and Krispy I loved it.
