Love this place! Always super fresh, they don’t hold out on toppings, and delivery/pickup is always on time! I’ve been coming here for years for their vegan/plant based options (cheese, sausage, etc). Highly recommend.

Do not support this restaurant! They CHOSE to participate in Clipp restaurant certificates BUT NOW WON’T HONOR THEM! I bought one when they first came out and tried to use it last night since it expires soon. They said NO. I order pizza for my family often and wanted to try them again after 15+ years. I could have been a repeat customer but not now. They will lose more than $15 from that certificate. I will also tell everyone I know. So much for doing the right thing! Support companies with integrity instead.

first time ordering tonight. the man that took my order was very pleasant.the ham and cheese Sub was outstanding..and chicken wings was awesome. the delivery was very professional.i will be ordering again .thank you cottage inn pizza in Hilliard ohio for the delicious,tasty food .we. love it .

Excellent pizza! I had the chicken bacon ranch. Fast, friendly service. We ate in and had a pretty quick lunch. The dining in atmosphere is a little bit of a work in progress. I assume they do more takeout business. Worth a try for very good pizza!

Tried telling the manager that there was a miscommunication. He is clearly from another country. And was very rude and argued with me over the phone. I will never be back.

Great pizza spot. Loved the garlic butter on the crust and as a drizzle. Would highly recommend.

We have not been here at this location for a long time. So we ordered calzones for here, but they came out burnt. We should have checked before we left. We will never go back.

Ordered thin , got thick crust . Ordered pepperoni, green peppers and red peppers. We got mushrooms and onions on one side only.

I came to this place regularly for years and liked it well enough. That is until I got a pizza that had hair baked into it. Its pretty gross to chew your pizza and then realize you are chomping on someone else's hair.I contacted the store and they basically called me a liar. They asked if I still had the pizza (no, I had thrown it out), or had a picture of the pizza showing the hair (no, in my disgust I didn't stop for a selfie). The store was not willing to make things right.The Hilliard Cottage Inn Pizza lost my business for good. If you don’t like hair baked into your pizza or being called a liar, you should take your business elsewhere too. The Hilliard store has issues (both with cleanliness and with customer service).

I’ve only ordered it for delivery so really can’t speak to the atmosphere, but the food is delicious. I love being able to order online. Customer service has been great. Love the gourmet pizzas.
