No free refills on Pepsi? Cup was 3/4 ice to begin with. Apparently $7 meal deals do not qualify for refills. That's a first. From what other reviews mention, this DQ is under new/unique/stingy management.
Not in Hilliard often anymore and generally speaking, I'm happy about that more and more these days.
Food was hot FWIW but it was dead during prime dinner time so they had no choice but to make my food fresh.

They consistently overcook everything, it’s kind of hilarious. We have gone several times over the past 9 months and had burnt buns on almost every burger, way overdone fried chicken and fries that are dark brown and dry, and dry black charred burgers. Trying to order is difficult as much of the staff doesn’t seem to speak much English. Good luck trying to order anything custom. The building and lot is also quite run down and looks sad. Depressing to see Dairy Queen like this.

If there was an option for zero stars i would select that. The current ownership of this location is an appalling abomination of a once proud brand. Zero service acumen, worse zero common sense. Accidentally made online order for 1 hour later than I intended. Understood it was my mistake. Owner / manager flippantly told me to come back in one hour and would not make my order despite having the itemized confirmation and confirmed payment. Told me twice it was my fault not theirs in front of my twin 8 year old daughters who just wanted ice cream. Not splitting the atom here, just make the blizzards. Yes my mistake on time. Unfathomable to me that they refused to make the order for one hour with my confirmation in hand. I'm sure Warren Buffet would be proud.

Placed a mobile order, when I arrived I gave my name and female in a rude tone I can't hear you talk louder. Then when I repeated my self again in a very rude voice just pull up to the window. Then our blizards were melted and runny.

Worst customer service. Very stingy people work at this one. They mess up frequently and then act like they’re not wrong for it. RARELY willing to refund and DO NOT believe them when they say they will give you a discount next time you come in. They will not actually end up honoring it. Super rude and will borderline charge you extra for a single napkin. They go VERY small on the portion sizes too. Driving a little extra distance to go to any other DQ is well worth it!

Ordered a blizzard and onion rings from the app. Said it would be ready in 12 minutes. Went to the drive through for pick up after 6 minutes.
Food was ready, onion rings were very crispy but very cold and blizzard had freezer frost on it and it took 20 min to thaw to get the spoon out.
Not sure when DQ started prefeeezing and not Making their blizzards fresh but it’s a big no. The taste isnt the same and it’s not creamy as when it made fresh. At almost 6.00 for a small, it was a big disappointment.
The people working were very friendly but the food quality was lacking to say the lease and these items are their bread and butter. I’d rather wait longer and get things made to order than getting the left overs

So this DQ has been going down down down hill since new owners have taken over. This was to be a Heath Carmel brownie cupfection $7+. Won't be ordering this crap anymore. Wish I could post pictures of it.
