Placed a mobile order, when I arrived I gave my name and female in a rude tone I can't hear you talk louder. Then when I repeated my self again in a very rude voice just pull up to the window. Then our blizards were melted and runny.

Worst customer service. Very stingy people work at this one. They mess up frequently and then act like they’re not wrong for it. RARELY willing to refund and DO NOT believe them when they say they will give you a discount next time you come in. They will not actually end up honoring it. Super rude and will borderline charge you extra for a single napkin. They go VERY small on the portion sizes too. Driving a little extra distance to go to any other DQ is well worth it!

Ordered a blizzard and onion rings from the app. Said it would be ready in 12 minutes. Went to the drive through for pick up after 6 minutes.
Food was ready, onion rings were very crispy but very cold and blizzard had freezer frost on it and it took 20 min to thaw to get the spoon out.
Not sure when DQ started prefeeezing and not Making their blizzards fresh but it’s a big no. The taste isnt the same and it’s not creamy as when it made fresh. At almost 6.00 for a small, it was a big disappointment.
The people working were very friendly but the food quality was lacking to say the lease and these items are their bread and butter. I’d rather wait longer and get things made to order than getting the left overs

So this DQ has been going down down down hill since new owners have taken over. This was to be a Heath Carmel brownie cupfection $7+. Won't be ordering this crap anymore. Wish I could post pictures of it.

I always get a chicken basket with gravy and now they have started putting the gravy into a styrofoam cup so hot that the cup melts and the gravy can no longer be eaten. The food without melted styrofoam in it tastes delicious, but I very much think they need to change their method of containing hot gravy.

Parking: Parking is great! The lot is a bit small, but there aren’t too many people there, so it’s not a big deal.
Kid-friendliness: There would be nothing wrong with bringing a kid here.

Food quality has declined significantly since presumed change in ownership. Dry everything , gross chili, bad lettuce etc. Proprietor - if it's not broke, don't fix it. You paid millions for an established franchise to change the recipe? Location and ice cream may keep you afloat - but I hope for your and Old Hilliard's sake you take this as constructive criticism. I would prioritize communicating with former employees or ownership to resolve quality issues. Or call the Bar rescue guy. Good luck
HORRENDOUS customer service. They throw your money back at you. The new owners ruined the great reputation this DQ had in the community. Hope they sell it soon because they don’t know what they are doing. They have to see their business is going down. The place was always busy with previous owner. Now it’s empty. Sad.

This place has gone downhill with the new ownership. Food quality is poor and the blizzards are basically ice cream with hardly any mix-ins. Such a shame to see a once great place in downtown take such a bad turn.
