Ordered a blizzard and onion rings from the app. Said it would be ready in 12 minutes. Went to the drive through for pick up after 6 minutes.
Food was ready, onion rings were very crispy but very cold and blizzard had freezer frost on it and it took 20 min to thaw to get the spoon out.
Not sure when DQ started prefeeezing and not Making their blizzards fresh but it’s a big no. The taste isnt the same and it’s not creamy as when it made fresh. At almost 6.00 for a small, it was a big disappointment.
The people working were very friendly but the food quality was lacking to say the lease and these items are their bread and butter. I’d rather wait longer and get things made to order than getting the left overs

So this DQ has been going down down down hill since new owners have taken over. This was to be a Heath Carmel brownie cupfection $7+. Won't be ordering this crap anymore. Wish I could post pictures of it.

I always get a chicken basket with gravy and now they have started putting the gravy into a styrofoam cup so hot that the cup melts and the gravy can no longer be eaten. The food without melted styrofoam in it tastes delicious, but I very much think they need to change their method of containing hot gravy.

The food and service are good, although the interior could use some work.
Parking: Parking is great! The lot is a bit small, but there aren’t too many people there, so it’s not a big deal.
Kid-friendliness: There would be nothing wrong with bringing a kid here.

Food quality has declined significantly since presumed change in ownership. Dry everything , gross chili, bad lettuce etc. Proprietor - if it's not broke, don't fix it. You paid millions for an established franchise to change the recipe? Location and ice cream may keep you afloat - but I hope for your and Old Hilliard's sake you take this as constructive criticism. I would prioritize communicating with former employees or ownership to resolve quality issues. Or call the Bar rescue guy. Good luck

HORRENDOUS customer service. They throw your money back at you. The new owners ruined the great reputation this DQ had in the community. Hope they sell it soon because they don’t know what they are doing. They have to see their business is going down. The place was always busy with previous owner. Now it’s empty. Sad.

This place has gone downhill with the new ownership. Food quality is poor and the blizzards are basically ice cream with hardly any mix-ins. Such a shame to see a once great place in downtown take such a bad turn.
Traditional DQ in the middle of Hilliard. Decent amount of traffic/customers. The drive-through line may be long but it moves quickly.

JUST GOT ICE CREAM ? THERE tonight it was the WORSTTTTT SERVICE I HAVE ever had and I am pretty sure when I voiced my concerns about our order being incorrect the owner was the one that dismissed me!! That was after the girl who shouldn’t be dealing in a customer service job snatched my money and then pretty much threw my change in my car!!!! I AM IN THE INDUSTRY and as a manager of a restaurant in the area I WILL NEVER I MEANNNN NEVER RETURN to your establishment!!!! DO BETTER I give so much GRACE in the industry because I understand but this was disgusting behavior and horrible service !! Good luck cause you are probably going to need it’n

Mr misties got tiny. Like 5$ for 16 oz. The largest size. Our hot fudge sundae with banana was good. The dining room is dingy and the bathroom was not clean at all.
