Michelle was an amazing worker, she helped look in the back for some of the prizes my fiancé and I wanted and was very nice and respectful to us. I would highly recommend to ask her for help with anything she is amazing that you so much for making his birthday amazing.

Why do we even make reservations? They had no table set up and the girl at the front podium acted like she was lost in space. There were two other tables in there. It took us an hour to get waited on then another hour for our cold food. The server sucked had an attitude like oh well, the manager had to wait on us but he was very apologetic. He can only do so much since the big shots over him say do more with less. Food was cold. Absolutely disgusting after waiting all of that time. I would not recommend Dave& Buster's to a homeless person yuck!

Our waitress was terrible. The manager took our order. They were not overly busy. Took over an hour to get cold food. Manager was great. Apologized talked to us about the issues we were having. I will not be back here anytime soon. Corporate needs to look into these issues. And it was my bday...yuck

overall, it's not a terrible spot, but not something i'd consider a top contender of where to go if I want to play arcade games in the future.

some games were partially or fully not in service (some were broken without being disabled for scanning...)

It definitely felt like the games need more attention to care AND more modern cabinets, which is a shame with how credits are priced for what you have as options to play.

With competitor spots like Round1 popping up, I would hope they would try to compete and fix the consumer experience... i'd rather take the drive to beavercreek next time than the d&b near my house as it currently stands. :')

We came on a Saturday night with our kids. We ate dinner. The food was great! The service was excellent. Management came to check on us too. The games were fun, all worked good and at a fair price.

The waiter was good. Did his job perfectly. The bar maid that mad the drink was horrible. I ordered a Henny's Strawberry Nirvana, it supposed to be red, have hennessy v.s cognac, strawberry, mango, passion fruit and citrus mix with an orange slice ontop; what i received a drink that had an orange color tasted like there Cruise Rum Punch drink which has Barcardi rum, disaronno and tropical juices and a lime ontop. I told the waiter and he said hes sorry rhat that he put in. I told him i cant have Barcardi rum because it makes me sick. Right after that i went to the bathroom and got sick. He said im sorry but there nothing we do for drink mix ups. I only drank 4 drinks of it because i knew it wasnt what i ordered. He said manager sorry but there's nothing we can do. You did drink from it so.you are responsible to pay. Worse service i have ever had.

Average dave and busters/ arcade experience. Only go on wednesday’s to get half price games. Really bad maintenance on their games. Like atleast 25% partially broken. Like an entire pong game not working, biggest racing game with a DETACHED steering wheel on one side, and lots of minor things that really bring down your experience.
