Games were fun, kids enjoyed it. Unfortunately, Luigi’s Mansion (the game they were looking forward to) was way too loud. They didn’t want to be in there for more than a couple minutes. Other than that, there was enough selection to keep them entertained and busy.

Our experience was amazing. Dave and Busters was very accommodating and Renika was an incredible server who kept checking on our large party.

We decided to come and have a group gathering and hang out and grab food here. A good bit of the games were shut down. Which was disappointing. The newer games were very cool. We decided to sit down and get food and it took over an hour for us to just get drinks. And then the waitress was rude. She clapped back at us bc we were upset for having to wait so long. Claiming there was only 2 waitress for the whole shift and a manager. Manger came out and to be honest my mind was blown bc I would have never guessed by the way he was dress and how he presented himself that he was a manager. Over all the experience was not good and put a very bad taste in our mouth. Not sure if we will be coming back for a while if at all. Not sure if its bc of the location or the those who were working the shift.

We had a group of 30 with a hockey team and the restaurant was able to get us in quickly and the service was great. Everyone got their food and drinks quickly and the kids had a great time.

This place was amazing thanks to the staff and GM! I recommend this place 100% IT CANT GO WRONG ! Because the GM and staff won’t let it! Any issues they will fix it and with a great understanding attitude. They treat you like family not just a customer and they strive to provide you with great food and a great time. It’s pleasant atmosphere and more than worth it to just meet some of the staff alone, everything else is a plus!❤️I appreciate all they have done to ensure an amazing time for me and my family (8kids and 2 adults). Most times when a big family arrives with high demands and standards,so attitudes clash, but the GM HAVING A BIG FAMILY HIMSELF UNDERSTANDS. I applaud this team, they are truly an asset to the company and customers.

We had a birthday event at this location and I would highly recommend! Everything went smoothly.. food was great, all the orders for our reservation were correct. Missy was our server and she did a wonderful job making sure everyone was taken care of! Thank you!

We made reservations for a birthday party for the dining area. When we arrive, they told us they could not accommodate us. They sat us over near all the games at separate tables that were not close to each other. Our food took an hour and a half to come out and some people in the party never even received their meals. Our appetizers came out after our food was already finished. The managers finally came over after our server told us that she had asked them five times to come speak with us. They did nothing but made excuses and made no way to accommodate us in any way. We drove an hour and 15 minutes each way to come to your facility. Our experience was absolutely horrible. The manager’s names were Deborah and AJ. Our server, Ranicka, Was very apologetic and did the best she could but had very little support from upper management. This issue needs addressed.

Very disappointing experience due to poor management and extremely delayed service during what should have been a special birthday celebration.

We visited this Dave & Buster’s to celebrate our special needs son’s birthday with a reserved party of 18. Despite placing a reservation a week in advance and arriving on time, our table had been given away. The manager, Debbie, worked to rearrange tables after our group was split, and we were eventually seated nearby one another.

Service issues continued throughout the visit. Orders were taken by individual families, resulting in food coming out at different times. Meals were missing or incorrect, one person never received their food, and appetizers were served after everyone had finished eating. The birthday boy’s meal arrived 2 hours and 15 minutes later, long after everyone else had eaten.

We requested to speak with a manager twice. The server said she asked Debbie multiple times, but she never came to our table. Another manager, AJ, later apologized and cited short staffing. This shift was clearly poorly managed. If the kitchen was overwhelmed, seating should have been paused.

We drove over an hour for this celebration, and unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. We will not be returning or recommending this location.

Food is too expensive and the waitresses were terrible with weird attitudes! The bar staff is AMAZING and very nice and fun people! We probably will not come back for any food, but definitely for drinks and games! Good selection of games!

Go to Dave and busters on new Year's Eve, dining sections were closed, ok we sit at the bar. We wait for 20 minutes for our order to be taken (after I chase down our waiter) food takes another 20min and is ok at best. I go to the bathroom and find the floor flooded and two stalls with duct tape across the openings of them. Don't think I'll be back.
