I got a combo meal from here and they subbed my side for another mac and cheese and didnt refund my pop order since their pop machine was down. And the tall guy glasses with dreads was incredibly rude! Foods great when the order is right.

I’m so bummed about this Dickey’s location. I used to talk Dickey’s food up to everyone I knew because they have/had the best ribs I’d ever had!

The red head lady behind the counter was possibly the most rude person I’ve encountered in a restaurant setting. I do not know how she is even employed. She cut me off and seemed antagonistic like she wanted to argue when all I was doing was placing an order for me and my family. Meanwhile the other girl working beside her seemed like a beaten puppy afraid to lose her job, no surprise. I would too if I had to work next to someone like that.

Finally got our $100 in food. It was cold. The tables were sticky and covered in past customers food and we had warm drinks because the ice machine was torn apart in the middle of the restaurant.

The Heath location for Dickey’s is amazing. But I will NEVER come to this location again. Please pay attention to who you have representing your brand.

20 percent off advertising was not working through online ordering. Went into the store, showed them it wasn’t working and still refused to honor their advertisement. To make it worse, they’re refused with attitudes.

Asked to speak with a manger and the guy calls his mother to store. After he greeted his mom in front of us, we explained and she refused to honor it as well. Puzzling isn’t it? They literally could not honor their own advertisement, needless to say we left and went somewhere else.

As other reviews show, they seem to present excuses instead of making things right with customers. Save your time on this one.

I did a pick up order and:’
Rancid sweet tea
Did not include the extra side I ordered
No barbecue sauce for my sandwich (luckily I had some sauce at home)

I gave it 2 stars because what I did eat was good and the employee at window was nice Too far to drive back, but I am disappointed.

I wish Sonny’s would come to Columbus. They never disappoint.

Completely underwhelming. Ordered food to go online and got there early so it wasn’t sitting but still ended up with cold food by the time I got it home (6 min drive). They forgot my cornbread, don’t serve an item I was able to order online, got the fattiest brisket I’ve ever seen, was charged $1 for 4 pickle chips and 1.25 for a tbsp of extra bbq sauce. Overall it was so generic and dried out it seems like they serve food they got from the clearance section of Kroger and cooked three days ago.

Dined in. Staff super nice. Asked for their recommendations - great plate of BBQ. Had the jalapeño cheddar sausage, brisket and turkey. Enjoyed the variety of sauces on the table. Spicy was my favorite. Will come back. They have dine in and take out options available. Nice atmosphere to sit down and enjoy some BBQ.

Ordered food and first I was missing all sauces for the meal upon first inspection. Then I tried the food and it was super salty and cold for the meat the potato casserole was tasteless and the slaw tasted only of onion powder. Most disappointed I’ve ever been eating at a restaurant. I have never had everything be inedible.

We ordered via Uber eats. Our pulled pork sandwiches were great as well as the garlic bread and chili. The brisket was nothing to write home about. The main issue was missing items. We didn’t get any sides: 2 Mac and cheese and a coleslaw. That was disappointing. Would have liked to have tried We don’t live near Hilliard so would not likely order again in fear of not receiving what we ordered.
