The worst brisket and sausage we have ever had from Dickeys! The Brisket tasted like jerky and was barely warm. The sausage was like rubber. It was like we were eating something cooked a week ago. And it was super expensive...$50 for two. Very disappointed in this Dickeys location.

I have never been more disappointed with a meal in my life. I love BBQ restaurants and I always wanted to try Dicky’s but never have. Should have kept it that way. I got the pick 3 meat meal and the best thing about it was the Texas toast. First off, the portions were tiny. The brisket was so-so. The Turkey was worse and the polish sausage should have been thrown away a week ago. Don’t get me wrong, all of the food was old, but the polish sausage was on another level. The green beans had a horrible aftertaste (couldn’t eat them) and the baked beans tasted like they were out of a can. To top it off, I had it delivered to work and the plasticware that I requested was not it the bag. At some point Dickey’s you have to throw out your old food and make new. You just can’t keep serving the garbage. Absolutely horrible experience.

The rudest staff I have ever encountered! Was trying to redeem a free drink and was charged for two! Entire staff team disappeared after giving our plates. Just odd, Will most definitely NOT be visiting in the future. Save yourselves the trouble. A massive bummer.

The worst service and food I have ever received at a Dickey's. I used to love Dickey's and went to the one up in Cleveland all the time with zero problems, but this location served me completely inedible food with terrible service on top of it. I ordered a baked potato and the entire potato was completely RAW. They should have realized that when they cut it open, but no, they slapped the toppings on a completely raw potato. I couldn't even stab a fork into it. The service was terrible when they were not busy at all. It took 20 to get our food after we ordered only 2 entrees. The guy ringing us up was on FaceTime with his girlfriend the entire time we were there and kept ignoring us for that conversation. And to top it off, the employees turned up the music so loud when we walked in that we had to yell our order. The location was also filthy and their pop and ice machines were broken. I complained on their website and got zero response so it's great to see how much the company cares. This experience ruined the whole chain for me and I will never be back.

I'm shocked at how hit and miss the reviews are, every visit I've had has been spectacular! The pulled pork and turkey are both some of the best I've ever had and blow other BBQ chains like Citybbq out of the water. Employees are friendly, the baked potatoes are huge if you try one of their loaded ones, prices aren't too bad, happy all around. Their sides aren't that great, particularly the salad that I've had which was underwhelming, but otherwise it's always great and I can't recommend it enough.

I got a combo meal from here and they subbed my side for another mac and cheese and didnt refund my pop order since their pop machine was down. And the tall guy glasses with dreads was incredibly rude! Foods great when the order is right.
