I ordered through grub hub and when I got my food I noticed I had extra portions of everything except the ribs that I ordered. I called before I left a review bc it sure seemed like they must have been out of em. Sure enough, they were out (which is a total bummer) but the person who answered the phone was very nice and told me he had called and left a message. I don’t know where I was or why I didn’t notice, but he sure did. I’m leaving a good review bc I like Dicky’s, the food is good and now I know that the employees are nice too, even when they’re probably struggling with not having ribs. I failed to notice that he called and so in order to be on time they put a bunch of extra meats in there and I’m a happy customer. Thanks dudes.
Delicious. Absolutely 10/10 scrumptious. Dawna and her staff were so friendly and patient when I came in for the first time and answered all my questions/ gave me samples for things I was unsure about. Left happy and belly is full! Thanks guys?

Wow how this place has fallen. I used to eat here frequently pre-covid for lunch. It was decent food for the price. My favorite is the Frito Pie.Because of location I haven't been there in a while but was craving Frito Pie. First, they didn't have any Fritos. So the guy recommended a mac stack. I got it to go. Cardinal sin of a bbq establishment... do not skimp on sauce! They used to have sauce pumps out. Now you get one jello-shot container of sauce. That is a joke! Oh but you can buy additional "shots" for 80 cents each. Wow. They used to have homemade blondie bars. Now they have much smaller prepackaged not as good ones for more expensive. I get my food home and this is literally a bunch of so-so mac and cheese and some dry brisket on top. That plus drink plus blondie was $18. I know shrinkflation is the thing now but I can see why the place was empty on a Saturday afternoon. And the freestlye soda fountain was out of most things. I doubt I will be back anytime soon.

The food was okay, but the brisket was kinda dry. My wife had the jumbo potato with brisket and that was very salty. It also looks like the BBQ sauces are sold separately in individual packets, that is the first time I've seen this at a BBQ place.
It was our first time in.Donna was very informative and talked us through the menu and how to order.Samples are always a way to the customers heart! Great customer service with the gentleman cashing us out and great communication between them both.We will definitely be back.
I really wanted to like this place. The pictures on the site looked great and the reviews were okay. HOWEVER, I felt misled, cheated and bamboozled. I got the 3 meat platter, which was a decent price; however the amount of ribs and brisket I got was down right DISGRACEFUL!! One of my ribs was basically just a bone with barely any meat. The amount of brisket I got wouldn’t even satisfy a toddler. It was miniscule. The Texas Steele food truck gives at least DOUBLE what I received. The only saving grace was the Polish sausage which at least had some taste. I definitely would NOT recommend. Maybe it’s better to actually eat there, but I got takeout….. never again!!

These folks do a good job. BBQ is good and solid. Had the cheddar sausage and turkey. Both were good. Admittedly they could have been warmer but that is a thing in a lot of BBQ places. The Mac and cheese is of good quality for a BBQ joint and the baked beans taste like they are supposed to. Clean. Well kept. The staff is friendly. Overall definitely recommend.

The ribs and rib sauce were delicious. The full slab of ribs said they came with sauce online and I paid for 3 extra sauces. All I got was 3 sauces total. That was extremely disappointing. I'm wondering if they forgot my sauces or if online was wrong, and if you order a full slab of ribs you get no sauce and have to buy each sauce cup individually. I wish they would tell you how much sauce they give you when you online order.The people in the restaurant were nice and also very helpful over the phone when I had questions.
