We just moved here and had guests over! We had subs and pizzas delivered and everyone thought the food was excellent. Delivery was prompt and the driver was very polite. I was skeptical because of bad reviews I saw but I am so glad I gave this location a try. We will definitely be ordering again!

I visited this location a few weeks ago and ordered personal size hot honey pizza, it did NOT have the hot honey sauce. I complained online no one reached out. Here is a photo when I tasted it and realized it was very bland because it didn’t have the hot honey sauce on it.

Went on an impromptu Bestie dinner date to Donatos. The food was piping hot and fresh and the service was great! The cashier was very patient with us (my apologies, I don't remember his name), but he was also very kind and even checked on us throughout our dine-in experience. We loved it!

Dear Donatos when I call to order I don’t want to and AI assistance or call center rep How rude and impersonal. And so we have to order when we get wait more time before we get home after a long day at the office! The food is great and the service is good as always.Perhaps give an option as to which way you would prefer to order.

Pre ordered delivery for 10pm from the restaurant not door dash. At 815 I received the message that my dasher was waiting on my order. I tried calling the restaurant nobody would answer. I contacted customer service who couldn't reach the store. I was assured the order would arrive at 10. It did arrive at 10 and it was the pizza made at 815. The last time I placed this order donatos forgot to make it. I won't be ordering from donatos again.

I ordered a pizza for delivery and they had DoorDash bring it to me. It took over an hour and the pizza was cold, COLD. Not warn or even luke warm but cold. I was so disappointed and so was my family. We don't order food very often. Never again. I'm done with
