Horrible. They charge you for extra sauce which is normall of a pizza joint at this day and age but they don't give it to you so they at the end of the day are stealing from you. The pizzas are lightly sauced so the pizza you eat is dry which is why you gotta buy the extra sauce cups they still don't provide. Just go to Flyers down the road it is a little more pricey but the food is amazing and well over the poor quality Donatos has fallen down to.

I am sad to learn the chicken harvest salad does not contain apples any longer but the recent chicken harvest salad I ordered from this location did not contain bacon.

This is an Ohio favorite for me and go to for when I come into town. I love thin crust and i love the square slices. It's not for everyone but i like the crunch. Can't go wrong with pepperoni. My daughter loves supreme. My favorites are always white sauce pizzas. They do have hand tossed and regular crust options if thin crust is not your thing. I also love the fact that they now have cauliflower crusts. I just wish they posted the ingredients. But i have not found any pizza place that does. Smh...if you're ever near a Donatos and a pizza lover, give it a try.

Getting good service at this location continues to be a struggle. In years past we have actually called the restaurant on our phone from our booth just to get service. Today we encountered a sign to order from the register which we did. Someone came out right away to take our order. We went to find a table, but found crumbs and/or grease on every table. This was just after noon, and there were no other customers in the dining room the whole time we were there. I can't think all these tables had been in use in the hour the restaurant had been open for the day. We ordered a large pizza and a 2-liter of Dr. Pepper. Our pizza and soft drink arrived in a timely manner and was delicious. It would have been nice to have parmesan and ice for our drinks, but once the food was served we never saw our server again. It is frustrating that we have to choose our tip amount with our order, before we know how the service will be. We have started going to Flyers where we get great service, but our kids still want Donato's at times. We will remember to visit another location in the future.
