Food was good. Could be better, like the potato salad wasn't great. It was 3 huge pieces of potato soaked with some watery white liquid. Was in a building like a food court, so if you don't like loud noisy places, not the place for you

Great place to go for date night! It was my family’s 1st time. The food was amazing! The staff recommended the potstickers. The potstickers were to die for! Like y’all got us on that sauce with the smoked flavors. The best potstickers I’ve had since being back in the states. Also got the rice bowls, most tender meat and big on flavor. Not sure why people are leaving negative reviews… maybe they expected tasteless Panda Express? Kinda sad if your tastebuds can’t get kicked and then hugged out. Love this place, my family and I will definitely be back.

I ordered the wonton soup. The soup was a big portion, very flavorful, and it had several large wontons inside. It was so good. I highly recommend Dumplings of Fury.

Very disappointing experience
No real management of which orders go out and when. Spent 20 minutes only for someone else to take my food.

Staff seemed a little indifferent to the problem. And then burnt my dumplings rushing to remake the order

Absolutely delicious! The beef jiaozi and pork dumplings are incredible. Flavorful and well-cooked. Perfectly balanced with the sauce. The pickled ginger and delicate beef filling in the jiaozi were a great contrast to the slightly chewy texture of the dumpling. The pork dumplings were huge and perfectly cooked, with a slight bit of char and a tasty filling. The bao buns were steamed just right. Sweet, and with a perfect texture. The pork belly needed a bit more seasoning, but wasn't dry at all, and the cucumber salad in there was fresh and tasty. The beef bao were amazing! Tender, savory, and sweet, with just the right spice and flavor in the pepper sauce. They were our favorite! The service was great! Both of the people working on a busy Saturday night were helpful, and super nice! We had a couple questions, and the cook was happy to explain things and give up his opinions. The cashier was sweet and helpful too. Excellent food and great service! We'll be back!!

I was so disappointed. The wonton soup had an easy quarter inch of oil floating on top and no flavor. The shrimp/pork wontons were gamey and not seasoned and the broth was almost black. Not even sure what flavor it was supposed to be. The beef dumplings were mushy and lacked flavor. And the prices arenxt cheap! No one at the restaurant spoke to me. I will not be returning.

Grabbed some “pan seared” potstickers and egg rolls during Hilliard’s Pride celebration. The potstickers were clearly deep fried when I opened the container, so I took them up to the counter and asked about it. The response I got was “well that’s how they’re made now”. I mentioned that they should take the phrase “pan seared” off the menu board and got a ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and “We don’t have any control over that.” I then told them I didn’t want the potstickers and would like my money back. The manager? Owner? Whoever it was that spent most of his time on the phone, processed my refund with no eye contact or apology, not even any indication that he cared one way or the other. I then sat and watched the girl behind the counter eat the potstickers I returned in front of everyone around. The egg rolls were edible, but $7 for 3 egg rolls that were clearly purchased from GFS isn’t how it’s done. There’s a reason their stand at Center Street Market had little to no actual business during the event. The food is underwhelming at best and has gone downhill since opening, there’s little to no actual customer service, and complete apathy from the employees/management.

I ordered Tofu Bao at the Hilliard location 5/19/24. I paid with a card and received verification from my bank that the payment was pending. When I picked up the order, I was told the payment didn't go through on their side. Against my better judgement, I paid again with cash. The payment did go through and I was charged twice. To top it off, the bun was cold and had not been steamed and the tofu was overcooked to hockey puck consistency. I used their online contact form expecting at least a refund of the overpayment and still have not received a response almost three weeks later.

Maybe it was simply a bad night, but the recipes need help. Everything was overly sweet, and lacked the spice combinations described on the menu. The szechuan noodles tasted more like a overly sweet hunan noodle, with no hint of sechuan peppercorn. Also, the food was luke warm. Most of the other food stalls were closed by 8 pm on a Tuesday, which left us with very few options.Unlikely to try it again.

Prices are really high for the amount of food you get. Food has been consistently good but hard to justify paying the high amount.
