Fazoli's is pretty much fast food "Italian". It is not bad but it is nothing special. Their dishes are simple but filling. Their pizza is pretty much cardboard with sauce and cheese, but my kids like it. The service is meh at best, but once again it is a fast food restaurant and not true Italian.

I went inside to order my food set for 20 minutes waiting on food they completely forgot about me and when I asked about it they acted like it was my fault you can't understand half of the staff in there and they can't understand you either I'm surprised this establishment ain't shut down like the one did on georgesville road the lady who took my order was the only one who seemed apologetic about it the manager tried to make it seem like it was my fault and when I asked for my refund the manager lady snatched my two pops out of my hand to throw them away which I was going to do anyway because I don't need nothing from an establishment like thatI'll be going to Olive garden next door for now on

A 8-10 year old Mexican kid wearing a headset took my order and brought my food to me. I thought it was illegal for children to work in the USA ? Really weird. A lady who looked like his mom or sister was with him.This is illegal for the well being of children and it’s also unsanitary.

Average experience for Itallian fast food. It isn't the same as when they used to bring breadsticks around, but it is still pretty good. And you get to eat off of real plates and stainless flatware.
I went on Valentine's Day @ 11 or 12 and asked "can I order 2 meals pay for them now and come back and pick them up at 5:45pm. She said yes no problem. The guy who helped the young lady at the register gave me a receipt I asked if he should sign it he said no it will be fineSo I show up @5:45pm and they had no idea long story short he did give me my food but it was very dry (even with the 2 oz of extra sauce that I ordered but he only gave me one and I had to go back in the store and get the other one)I didn't get my extra meat that I originally paid for.We ordered the exact same meal tru door dash and it was AMAZING that's why I thought that it would be a good idea but boy was I wrong ?
