I travel a lot in central Ohio and love dining in the wonderful atmosphere of First Watch. I have dined in the First Watch downtown Columbus and in Hilliard. Both experiences have always been amazing. You can order from a wide variety of foods, including breakfast and dinner. I encourage you to experience First Watch. You will be glad you did.

I did not feel welcome. Head wait staff was rude. She called everyone by their first name when their table was ready except for me. I also observed her asking each patron if they would like to eat inside or outside on the patio. When I asked her if they had forgotten about me. She shortly replied you can sit at the counter if you don’t want to wait for a table. Overall I waited over the app suggested time limit (20 min) and was not warmly welcomed during this dining experience. Food was tasty and my waitress definitely was friendly. However first impressions are lasting.
