I was excited to try Graeter’s Ice Cream, but was disappointed to find glue left on my cone — it looked like a sticker or some packaging residue that hadn’t been properly removed. It didn’t come off, and it really took away from the experience. The ice cream itself was good, but basic food safety should come first. I hope they pay more attention to quality control in the future.

I absolutely love the caramel espresso coffee chiller drinks. But there is no consistency with them.. One day it might be overly sweet and runny or it might have almost no flavor and too thick to drink. Still a nice place, just need consistency with drinks.

Probably won’t be paying a dollar for the tiny dollop of whip cream anymore. Love how they mixed chocolate and cotton candy without me asking, at 6$ per scoop of ice cream that is an absolute steal. Keep up the good work Greaters you suck.

Super good ice cream and fantastic service! Everyone was so nice and pleasant. They let you sample flavors which is nice to make sure you know what you want. The Buckeye Blitz is pretty much this chocolate and peanut butter mix and it’s great! Graeter’s is a bit on the pricey side but so worth it!

The ice cream and milkshakes are delicious, but the inside could be a bit more exciting. But hey, the ice cream makes up for it!
Parking: The parking is good they have a good drive through but there isn’t a lot of people so the parking lot being small doesn’t really matter.
Kid-friendliness: It’s super kid-friendly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to bring a kid here.

I rated this craters a three it was a very nice place in general, but their prices online are off their milkshakes small said it was 650 but when we went there, it ended up being seven dollars. I asked the employee about it and he said He said “ Inflation, we haven’t changed our price”
