We ate here on a sunday evening, but it was pretty busy, the food though was fresh and hot. You also get some many fries in a small order!! The fried pickles were to die for. I've been wanting to try this place for a while and really happy I finally got the chance too!!! :)

First time eating here and it was so good! I got the our jam burger and my boyfriend got the bourbon bacon burger, and we split the bacon cheese loaded fries! Everything was so tasty, fresh, filling, and the wait wasn’t long at all despite them being busy. Definitely will be back and satisfied my pregnancy cravings! 😆

Food was delicious, and service was good. Only issues were the table seating & it was loud. There could have been more available seating, and the chairs could be more comfortable.

I loved hot mess, the girl, Reece behind the counter was very polite too! The food is amazing and so is the staff! I definitely recommend. One of the best burgers on my trip to America!, I even came back to eat 2-3 times.

My wife and I went to crooked can to hang out, and we're going to go to thurmans for a burger, but decided we would just stay where we were and grab something local. I was totally surprised how good Hot Mess burgers were! We got two of the main burgers and some fries and onion rings and we're blown away how good the burgers were as well as the fries and onion rings. We have never eaten there, thinking they were probably like a steak and shake burger, but totally shocked how good and price was pretty good as well. We will definitely eat there again when hanging at crooked can.

Crooked Can is a great place to get dinner with friends. They have a few different restaurants and Hot Mess is one of them. The staff is always friendly and the food is great. I recommend the burgers or the chicken tenders. The fries and onion wings are expensive but can easily be shared.

We love to eat at Hot Mess because the fried bologna sandwich is one of the best sandwiches in Columbus. We had Hot Mess cater a casual birthday party for 30 this past weekend and it was phenomenal. Communication was great and the food was even better. I’d recommend their restaurant or their catering to anyone!
