My kids order from here every time we're at Crooked Can, and I like that they offer an Impossible option, but this time we got the chicken tenders and they had absolutely no flavor and were super, super dry. The ranch that came with had no flavor either. The burgers are decent. Maybe stick to those?

Food was fine, but was completely overshadowed by the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. The woman working was clearly very upset that I was interrupting her scrolling time on her phone by ordering from her work on a slow Thursday lunch. I asked her a question about one of the burgers because I was confused by the quote description while the rest of them just listed the ingredients. -I’ve never been here before. She looked at me with the most disgusted look on her face and answered in a snotty tone. The sad part about all of this is that I’ve been in the service industry for 10+ years my standards for service aren’t even kindness, just don’t be outright rude. She didn’t look at me when she handed my food and I said thank you and she said nothing. Do yourself a favor and replace her with a self serve kiosk. The whole point of having humans to take your order is to have personable service.

My 11 year old and I split a spicy chicken sandwich and voodoo fries and they were both fantastic. My son has mentioned the fries several times since our visit.
Overall good experience and I would and have gone back. Couple things. 1. The jam burger is delicious. 2. First time we went we did have to wait awhile. (It was busy) 3. First time we went onion rings were on point! So good! Second tjme, seemed like they had been sitting around for a while and were overly crunchy like they maybe had been fried earlier and then a quick refry for us. We obviously still ate them- but not as good as the first time. Thanks!

So good! Had the spicy chicken sandwich this last time and it was delicious. Easily one of the best in the area. And burgers are always so good. Can't go wrong with bacon cheese fries.

We had the Big Mick and the Bourbon Burger. I've been in high end F&B for 30+ years. By far one of the best, most flavorful burgers I've tasted. These guys get it right. Also, do no pass on the onion rings. These are truly the best I've tasted! Doubt if I'd go anywhere else for a burger in CBUS.

However, a word of advice, though, from someone who has personally experienced this marvel of burger proportions; If you don't have a HUGE appetite, I suggest getting the MINI burgers. You can get the minis with any burger you choose. I say this bc a mini isn't a slider. It's a grown up burger, but with only ONE patty. If you don't let them know you want a mini burger, then you get 2 patties to make the burger gargantuan. Trust me, I'm an eater. I eat dang near all day & night and I couldn't eat the entire burger. Take lots of napkins, bc the burgers are downright messy(the name so appropriately fits) bur, damn! They're oh-so-good!
