Why is the staff so mean? This apparently has happened to other people today as well. I even heard they outright denied someone service. The service here is unacceptable!

cute place!!! i like how they hire local high school students - keeps a great sense of community. the drinks and pastries are great :) it’s also really nice to have in a library. everyone is nice and the service is quick! i’m going to be very, very tempted to get something every time i come to the library!

Drink tastes fine however it seems the staff members werent havent a great day and they reflected that attitude onto customers. Felt like I was inconveniencing them for simply doing their job. Dont plan on ordering from their again simply because of my experience
