Every other month I get a hankering for Jersey Mikes Subs because their fresh baked breads and their cold cuts are like no other. Today however as my wife and I were entering the premises, my wife says “They have Cheesesteak”!!!, which stopped me in my tracks. She said this because just a few weeks ago we had cheesesteak from a vendor in the Short North. So I pondered trying a cheesesteak sandwich from Jersey Mikes and I’m so glad that I did!! It was a #56 and it had grilled onions , mushrooms, jalapeños, chipotle mayonnaise, and of course cheese!!! The thing was so piping hot that I couldn’t help burning my lips and tongue trying to devour it! The two guys that were behind the counter at the time Todd and Luke were very helpful in persuading me as to which of the three cheesesteak subs on the menu to purchase. And they expressed to us just how much they valued their jobs and how much pride they take in their work. So even though I’ll still yearn for a cold sub from time to time , I’ll also be enjoying a few more cheesesteaks from this location.

I have ordered by phone probably 3x in the last month and a half the giant Philly cheesesteak and each time it was perfect, I ordered it with onion and mushroom tonight and there was more mushroom then meat and it had absolutely no flavor! It's the first time I ordered online pickup, idk, maybe that had something to do with it! For the money it honestly was not very good at all! I agree that the prices are pretty high!

Rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. This is my first review of my life. I asked for substitutions and they didn’t listen then when I repeated myself, they acted like I was the issue and said I didn’t say anything in the first place.

Had a pickup for 4:45. One giant cold sub. I walk in and wait near the pickup counter. Three other customers walk in and stand in the normal line. All of them were attended to (plus a late fourth) before they even began my order. The young woman apologized for the wait and advised that there were only two of them and they are behind. That’s fine but it seems a little ridiculous that had I waited in line when I initially got there I would’ve received my food earlier. Walked out of the store at 5:10 an entire 25 minutes after the order was to be complete.
I'm pretty sure this location is new, and there's some kinks to work out. There's sometimes long lines and little issues but overall the food is really good, reasonably priced, and I've never had an order be prepared wrong. Sometimes the line is a little long, but overall I think it's worth it. Staff seems genuine, which is pretty rare, and I appreciate the attempt and sustainability. I hope they do well there, because I'd like to keep going.

been going to this jersey mikes for years with the same staff I had been seeing for years, for starters no one greeted for at least 15 minutes of standing (odd for this location) and poor customer service obviously. Ordered our food at 7pm and didn’t leave until 7:44pm. For two regular sized subs. This location needs trained better or something looking at previous comments. Also, there were about 5 employees…

So, I've been going to this location since 2012. The crew that was in there through 2023 were always so welcoming and awesome. I really have no idea what happened in 2024 but all of those people are gone and they recently remodeled in early 2025. It looks amazing in there now since it has re-opened! It really does, but the team is all new (that I can tell). Now, my MAIN issue here (if you look at my photo) are the portions in 2025. This turkey and provolone is pretty much all bread with little in between. I counted just 3 slices of turkey on a regular sub at nearly $10. Please make sure you train your employees on portions because this will piss off A LOT of your customers. I have checked with other employees in other markets and they say this is a training issue. I never had one complaint in over ten years at this location, so it pains me to leave this review, but I want this to be better, so I will be happy coming back as much as I do. 3 slices!??!?!?

This place skips Togo orders to help in store customers first. They are chronically behind everytime I come in here to pick up a Togo order. It’s honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life.

This place used to be fire. A true sub above. I went here for years and it was always the same staff. They were on top of it. Apparently all of them have been replaced. No white bread 2 days in a row now. Yesterday at least they put up a sign. Today no sign stand in line for 15 minutes only to find out no white bread still. Thanks for wasting my time. I also never see the same faces. New ownership? Going down hill and fast. I'll start going to the new Hilliard location and see if it's any better.
