been going to this jersey mikes for years with the same staff I had been seeing for years, for starters no one greeted for at least 15 minutes of standing (odd for this location) and poor customer service obviously. Ordered our food at 7pm and didn’t leave until 7:44pm. For two regular sized subs. This location needs trained better or something looking at previous comments. Also, there were about 5 employees…

So, I've been going to this location since 2012. The crew that was in there through 2023 were always so welcoming and awesome. I really have no idea what happened in 2024 but all of those people are gone and they recently remodeled in early 2025. It looks amazing in there now since it has re-opened! It really does, but the team is all new (that I can tell). Now, my MAIN issue here (if you look at my photo) are the portions in 2025. This turkey and provolone is pretty much all bread with little in between. I counted just 3 slices of turkey on a regular sub at nearly $10. Please make sure you train your employees on portions because this will piss off A LOT of your customers. I have checked with other employees in other markets and they say this is a training issue. I never had one complaint in over ten years at this location, so it pains me to leave this review, but I want this to be better, so I will be happy coming back as much as I do. 3 slices!??!?!?

This place skips Togo orders to help in store customers first. They are chronically behind everytime I come in here to pick up a Togo order. It’s honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life.

This place used to be fire. A true sub above. I went here for years and it was always the same staff. They were on top of it. Apparently all of them have been replaced. No white bread 2 days in a row now. Yesterday at least they put up a sign. Today no sign stand in line for 15 minutes only to find out no white bread still. Thanks for wasting my time. I also never see the same faces. New ownership? Going down hill and fast. I'll start going to the new Hilliard location and see if it's any better.

I walked in a around 1pm today and another gentleman walked in right after me. We both got into the "order here" line and were the only 2 customers in the line.

2 males were working the front counter. One was slicing meat directly in front of me. The other was doing something, I assume for a preorder. Neither of them greeted us nor acknowledged us, despite working the front counter about 5 feet away. The whispered to each other a few times but no "hello", no eye contact, no "I will be with you in a minute".

I waited awkwardly for a little more than 5 minutes without any acknowledgement and then left. The other guy left behind me.

I went to NO 1 Gyro shop instead. Service was friendly, professional and fast.

I really used to love Jersey Mikes. I know good help is hard to find. But it is not hard to teach staff to acknowledge customers, that is basic.

I went at 8 pm today but the staff was very slow. There was even a dasher waiting and they left empty-handed. The business staff must improve. They should be more attentive, faster, more active, showing kindness, empathizing, putting on a happy face.

As inept as most the other fast food restaurants now a days. Order it one way and they will make it another, its to bad good help is so hard to find.

Regular 8 on white, that is what I always get. Don't know how they know it, bit the bacon is perfectly cooked the way I like it and I compare all others to Jersey Mike's!! Only thing I don't like are the paper straws, they certainly don't last forever for a reason. So there is no taking a drink to go and just sipping on it the rest of the day. You'll end up drinking straight from the cup as it disintegrates.

I have been coming to this Jersey Mike’s for years now it has gone downhill since they switched owners. I just paid $30 for something that I didn’t think was a very hard order. I asked for no cheese and all my toppings in a separate container because I’m gonna give my sister dinner later, and I didn’t want the bread to get soggy Now it’s ruined and I don’t even feel like I can ask them to remake it because of the attitude. The girl was so nice the two guys just didn’t want to be there you can tell. I asked for a 26 no cheese in a bowl add hot sauce I didn’t think it would be hard to put into two different containers but apparently it is. Also asked for a mini six on white to be heated for my pregnant sister but was told they “no longer do that anymore” I truly don’t understand how they can tell a paying customer no but I definitely will never come back here again oh here’s the kicker I tipped them five bucks too it all should’ve went to the pleasant young lady

This place is obviously under new management. Jersey Mikes is my go-to sub place but I will be needing to drive a bit further now for a good jersey mikes experience.

I wanted to get a simple original Italian before doing my grocery shopping. There were three people waiting on online orders before I walked in and two people in line placing orders. It took almost 30 minutes for the two people in line to get their food. At this point none of the online orders received their food and one guy wanted his money back and asked for a refund. It took another ten minutes for them to make my sub only to find out the new owner took away the military discount. I’m also hearing they removed senior discounts.. absolutely not. As I’m walking away starving, I over hear from one of the online orders that she has been waiting for over 50 minutes past her scheduled pick up time.

This place has come way down from what it was. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This location absolutely sucks. The people making your sandwich are extremely slow and prioritize talking and joking around instead of making your food. The amount of meat they give you compared to other locations is extremely small. The bacon they put on my sub were basically bacon bits, and the bacon looked old and tasted like it had been there for at least 5 hours.
