My goodness this place is very very slow. Waited in the lobby for almost 30 minutes for an order I was told was done. I didn’t see an adult in the entire place. Might be good to hire one to control the chaos that customers can see. After waiting almost a half hour, I was told it would be 3 more minutes as she was cutting it? Waited another 15 minutes. It’s a SUB. It’s not a homemade beef Wellington! Scared to ever order again for fear I might be late to my death.

Don’t even waste your time at this Jersey mikes. I understand there are going to be short staffed days but it’s daily here. It’s simple if you don’t have staff, don’t take orders (especially online orders). Placed an order for 11:45pm and still don’t have it at 12:40pm.

Been coming here for over two years now and randomly go to put in the order I’ve made multiple times at this location - come to find out they took the Club Sub off the menu. Why?? Makes absolutely no sense and it’s the only reason I ever go to Jersey Mike’s. Just when I thought this store was getting it together, they take off one of the arguably easiest items on the menu. Guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

If you order through Doordash or are a dasher, DONT EXPECT YOUR ORDER!! They don't care who's taking what and don't check. So, don't even waste your time with this store since they just let people steal orders and don't care about it at all

Store can’t get orders correct. Out of 3 sandwiches ordered only one was correct.Pay for extra meat and cheese and it with the same amount as a regular sub. Hard to tell which one has extra meat, and neither should be Mike’s way but both are….

We came in at 8:30 PM on a Friday to a very busy restaurant. Luke, Mikalaya and the night crew were kicking butt and provided excellent service and our sandwiches were perfectly made and delicious. Amazing job!

Every other month I get a hankering for Jersey Mikes Subs because their fresh baked breads and their cold cuts are like no other. Today however as my wife and I were entering the premises, my wife says “They have Cheesesteak”!!!, which stopped me in my tracks. She said this because just a few weeks ago we had cheesesteak from a vendor in the Short North. So I pondered trying a cheesesteak sandwich from Jersey Mikes and I’m so glad that I did!! It was a #56 and it had grilled onions , mushrooms, jalapeños, chipotle mayonnaise, and of course cheese!!! The thing was so piping hot that I couldn’t help burning my lips and tongue trying to devour it! The two guys that were behind the counter at the time Todd and Luke were very helpful in persuading me as to which of the three cheesesteak subs on the menu to purchase. And they expressed to us just how much they valued their jobs and how much pride they take in their work. So even though I’ll still yearn for a cold sub from time to time , I’ll also be enjoying a few more cheesesteaks from this location.

I have ordered by phone probably 3x in the last month and a half the giant Philly cheesesteak and each time it was perfect, I ordered it with onion and mushroom tonight and there was more mushroom then meat and it had absolutely no flavor! It's the first time I ordered online pickup, idk, maybe that had something to do with it! For the money it honestly was not very good at all! I agree that the prices are pretty high!

Rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. This is my first review of my life. I asked for substitutions and they didn’t listen then when I repeated myself, they acted like I was the issue and said I didn’t say anything in the first place.
