I Ordered subs to be delivered 45 minutes later it said my order was canceled. I called to find out why and was told I never had a ticket Order, I than called uber eats to find out why and they explained it was jersey mikes and sent proof showing my order WAS canceled by jersey mikes because they couldn't get to the order. Maybe someone can explain why I was lied to? Why would I want to give my money to a business who lies to customers?

I’ll be d@mned if I ever give this location another dollar of mine. Placed an online order today at 5:05 pm and was given a 5:50 pm pickup time. Thought that was a little long to make a few subs but whatever. My son and I arrived at 5:50 and were told they hadn’t started our order. They were very busy at the time so I kinda/sorta understood. What really frustrated and disappointed me was that as people were walking in off the street their orders were getting made and mine continued to be pushed down the list. Around 6:20 one of the employees asked for my name and found out the order had been made but they never called my name to let me know it was ready. I work retail and try to have patience in situations like this but the service at this location is abysmal. I’ll never, ever, ever buy from the Hilliard location again

I love Jersey Mike’s but went on the donate day. Got in and out pretty quickly. Ordered the BLT which is what I always get. The bacon is normally very crispy and delicious. Not sure if they are using something different than before but it was horrible. Rubbery and not cooked hardly at all and just a weird texture and taste. The lettuce was not fresh at all and the tomatoes tasted old. Hopefully this was just a fluke because I normally love it. Will try again and hope for better next time.

Sad to say the store is under new management. Since then, they no longer offer senior discounts. When you made a purchase at the nearby grocery store, there used to be a coupon for a dollar off on the back of the receipt, that is also gone.

Poor service, sandwich sat for 30 minutes while employee told me it wasn’t ready, but it was. Tried to blame me for not asking for my order, meanwhile I had actually asked for my order multiple times and was ignored and originally cashier knew my name for my orders.Ordered two sandwiches, one hot and one cold.Upon opening second sandwich (cold sandwich) it was on the wrong bread with wrong ingredients and worst of all, it had hair in it. First time I have seen this happen in years.Both sandwiches ultimately went in trash due to order accuracy/quality.Disgusting service. Go to Penn Station instead where the employees are kind and your order is made accurately.Tried to reach out to franchisee owner on multiple service tickets but was ignored. What an inedible waste of $40.00. I will never return to this location.

My SO and I ordered food online and when my SO got home he opened the bags to just see 2 pieces of bread with absolutely no meat or anything on them. This is so disappointing and frustrating, if you don’t wanna do your job then don’t work or find somewhere else to work.

In a world full of sub-par sub joints, there is no substitute.I have been coming to this location for over a decade and have always been greeted by familiar friendly faces and treated to delicious sandwiches. Delighted to see Wayne take the reigns after all his years of dedicated service.

On 12/14/2023 went in to grab lunch at 12:00. Took forever to even get to place my order and didn't even get my sub made. I work for Pepsi and we service Jersey Mike's. Thank goodness I didn't pay for my food yet, because who knows if I would've ever gotten my food. Will not he coming back to this location ever! Jersey Mikes left a bad taste in my mouth!

This place has great cheese steaks. You have to wait a while for your sub, but it is always hot and fresh.

If you are thinking of going to Jersey Mikes, save the $12 and just take a shot of vinegar ($.13) and vomit. Same difference. Soggy bread, cheap meat, tasteless cheese, zombie employees and veggies SOAKED in vinegar. Hard pass.
