I ordered a split 8 corner u ordered mushrooms and i may gave received a few mushrooms fir four pieces same with the othrr they charge you extra for toppings and they don't deliver. Very disappointed

I’ve had Jets before, but I’ve never had Jet‘s hand tossed crust before. I tried it for the first time today was really impressed with the quality, presentation, & great flavor. I’m giving four stars because I also ordered cinnamon sticks and they barely came with a smudge of vanilla icing on top, it would be really great if you guys could add an option to purchase an additional side of icing on the Grub hub app, because I looked for it and it wasn’t available.

What has happened to Jets Pizza? We have ALWAYS loved their pizza, for years! The 8 corner pizzas are our favorites. Last night we got a Eugene and a pep, the Eugene was no good both husband and i ate 1 piece and threw the rest of it away. My husband ate a piece of pep and said he thinks he doesn’t like Jets anymore. Wow i thought. I just figured something was weird about the Eugene, since we don’t get it very often. Today I just ate a piece of the pep, nope not good. Too much sauce and something has changed in the taste. Guess we won’t be getting Jets anymore🥺

I ordered the Garlic Crust Ranch Sauce Pizza, but unfortunately, I couldn’t taste any garlic at all. This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered the garlic crust pizza, so I know what it’s supposed to taste like, and this time it was completely missing the garlic flavor. When I called to let them know, Josh told me to bring the pizza back so he could add more garlic flavor. That doesn’t really help, as it’s inconvenient to return a delivered pizza. I was expecting it to be made right the first time.
