Man this place knocks it out the park EVERY TIME when you order online you control the flavor you control the cook time so if it’s not to your liking it’s possible some adjustments could be made because I can’t find anything to complain about with Jets!!

Ordered an 8-corner Detroit-style pizza (pepperoni, extra mushrooms, white sauce, well done) and was READY for it. The first pizza that showed up wasn’t right — wrong style, wrong toppings, not well done — so I called.
And THIS is where Jess Pizza won me over 👏
They immediately listened, realized the mistake, canceled the order, and remade the pizza with delivery (I didn’t even have my car). No attitude, no back-and-forth — just excellent customer service.
The replacement pizza? 🔥 PERFECT. Exactly what I ordered and absolutely delicious. AND they surprised me with a 2-liter of pop I didn’t even ask for — a small touch that totally made my day.
Mistakes happen. Making it right like this? That’s how you keep customers. 10/10 will order again. 🍕❤️

Let me start by saying I absolutely loveJets.It’s my favorite! This was my first time trying the BLT pizza and I was super excited. My son picked it up for me. I was very eager to come home to eat this pizza. Well now I’m traumatized I hate finding hair in food!!!! It just grosses🤢 me out so much. Now I’m starving but can’t eat because, well you know what it’s like finding hair in food. Yes, I know it happens but man it sucks😤
