The NY style pizza is a big hit with the family. It's not 100% NY/NJ style but it is very delicious. It's Ohio, not NY or NJ.

I placed an order at 4:15pm to be picked up at 6pm, arrived on time and told 5 more minutes after 20 additional minutes waiting and watching countless other orders get picked up without complications i was told "we just got a little backed up..." I got home and my order was incorrect - which is my fault because I should have checked before leaving but I had to get home and rushed out of there after waiting 30 minutes for the food. So disappointed

No one will answer the phone when I call in to the store I waited 35 minutes for an answer and it was only the automated message on repeat. You can’t pay cash for online or the text in order and clearly cannot get ahold of the staff to place an order and be able to use cash. This is absolutely ridiculous…
