Recent visit to this location was much much better than previous ones. The last time I was there was around a year ago maybe. This time the Staff was very friendly, I think maybe just three employees were working. It didn't take very long compared to some other places. If you're not in a hurry, it's worth it. Much better than the other chicken place down the road that opened recently. Was clean and quite.

I hate to be just another bad review but the effort of an F is what I received in Food and Service.I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old. They only eat Mac n cheese or mashed potatoes.I got 2 chicken sandwiches for me and my wife.**It was all terrible.Mac n Cheese had been scraped from the bottom, was crispy dry and had black and brown things in it.**Mash potatoes was decent.Chicken sandwiches looked pale and scary and full of Mayo?Mind you, this isn’t a ghetto area, which is mind boggling to say the least, but the service and food belongs to Wedge Wood. If you know you know!Yep! never going back there again.Maybe if they renovate and their ratings change which should take about another 10 years or so.Respectfully!

This place is disgusting. We couldn’t even eat it. The chicken was fried to the consistency of leather - dry, chewy, and small. The biscuits were dry and misshapen. The Starry didn’t even syrup in it - just soda water. Absolutely disgusting. Will never eat here again. After we got home with our takeout, we pitched it and had to order something else.I’ve attempted to get food from this location before and they were always out of something or closed for some reason at random times. This is the first time I’ve actually successfully ordered something from there and I will absolutely never do it again.Avoid this trash pit and get Popeyes across the street.

If I could give no stars I would ! This place is trash. The old lady that is always working is beyond rude to her customers. She never gets orders right. My chicken sandwich was BURNT. Hard as a rock. Never had a good experience

Terrible chicken sliders. Went at 945pm on a Saturday night. The lights were off but they were the sign said they were open until 1030. Paid $8 for 3 chicken sliders and the chicken was hard as a rock. Sandwich only had chicken and a huge glob of mayonnaise. No pickles. Sandwich was terrible and we did not take more than a bite. Would not recommend coming late on a weekend.

The worst experience possible. Refused to answer the drive through for 8 minutes. Went inside and got looked at and ignored for 10 minute. I asked if they are refusing to take order and they said hold on. Waited 5 more minutes to get order taken by someone who was rude and uninformed. Turned the lights off of the lobby while still open when I was in there. 2 people in the back on their phones talking. Come to write this review and it appears this is the norm...

Zero would be my preferred rate. We've had not complete meals when we got our take out home. Tonight was the last try. I ordered 2 thighs extra crispy.Got 2 thighs regular, not extra crispy. My husband took them back. We opened the box when he got home the second time, it was 2 thighs with the skin ripped off. Nice job Kentucky Fried. My husband was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and said, "Well, they are short staffed." Okay. Does that mean they can't tell the difference between extra crispy and not crispy at all?
Cold food almost completely water in the mtn dew fries were the only thing

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru had only 1 jeep in front of me had already ordered went to window to pay and I was askto please wait 3 times I was asked. And there was only 1 car for inside not a happy costumer waiting 20 minutes in drive thru .

Waited at drive thru with no answer. Went inside and there was no one there to help. Finally was helped after 5 min. Very rude unfriendly service. My food was thrown on the counter and the manager just walked away. Chicken "tenders" were very hard and cold. Very bad experience!

This is the place to go if you want under cooked food, Chicken pale as a ghost, fries crunchy, biscuit tossed in bag no paper or box for it, greasy hand and fingerprints all over napkins, should have thrown my 12$ out the window, could not eat this food, will never go back too this place again....

I ordered the famous bowl, and it was good. But my boyfriend and his friend got a sandwich, which was good but it was cold and the fries were old. So not a good experience this time.
The girl working I think she said her name was Sarah. She was working alone but still friendly and fast!
