Went today april 2025. Inside looks really dirty smells bad. We went with kids and ordered food but the crunchy chicken was so soft and uncooked. Very worse kfc i ever visit. Wont go back and will recommend people no to visit wasted money. Disgusting smell very bad food

Order is wrong 9/10 times. If it’s not wrong, it’s gross because people here are lazy.
Ordered a 12 piece chicken bucket and a famous bowl with chicken on the side.. only received 9 pieces and the famous bowl had no cheese or gravy only mash potatoes and corn. I tried to call but no answer.. which irritated me more.. I'll be in there tomorrow to talk to a manager.
I wouldn't know about the quality of the food. I placed a mobile order through the new KFC app. When I pulled in to the very empty parking lot to pick up my order, I was told I needed to go inside. I was not able to go inside, which is why I placed a mobile order through the app. I was told by Trish that this was their policy and there's nothing they can do about it. Since I couldn't go inside, I asked for a refund, she told me that it needed to be handled through the app. Well, that's just not true. There's no option in the app to cancel an order or request a refund, nor is there a way to call costumer service. They have a virtual assistant that runs you in circles with the 3 options to choose from that do not address a problem with orders. After finding the number for customer service through Google (thanks Google) I was told that it was absolutely not their policy.
To sum it up, the employees clearly don't care about customer service or even fulfilling their orders.

Absolutely horrible. I was in the drive through line a total of 15 minutes and there was ONE car in front of me. I ordered 4 PC tender meal received 3 tenders no sauce no biscuit and I also asked if there was a fork in the bag she said yes & there wasn't. Almost didn't give me my cake either.

I will never eat KFC anymore. I bought 8 pcs to go and found it a very rancid chicken. Its smile was very bad.

i ordered 3 chicken legs + 12 piece chicken nuggets for $14.98 and i couldn’t eat it because the chicken legs taste funny like they cooked for a couple days. I thrown in trash.

I explained I have sensory issues (legit medical) and cannot have cold chicken, the lady said "I got you"...I told them I could wait for my chicken sandwich. She said okay. They had me wait and brought me a col sandwich that ruined my night. Now throwing up.
