This gets to be a habit NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. Want to see if they have pot pies. It's a nuisance driving 10 miles round trip to find out they have none. If I want chicken dinner I go to Popeyes. Guess I go to Giant Eagle for pot pies tonight.

You’ll be lucky if they get a single part of your order right. Food comes out cold. Staff is friendly but obviously they do not care at all. They never give sauces. Or silverware.

The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious as always at KFC, but the best part was the staff.
They were very polite, friendly, and helped us with everything quickly and professionally. 👏👏

Delivery driver experience: they'll make you wait up to an hour while they continuously fill drive thru and dining room orders after you. You'll ask them how long, they'll say it's waiting on chicken. You'll ask how long that will be. They'll say they'll check on it, then disappear and ghost you. Avoid like the plague.

Somehow they don’t have legs of chicken at 6pm on a Sunday. This location is right by my house so it’s convenient but I won’t ever be back.
CHRONICALLY UNDERSTAFFED. They will NOT have your food ready. If you order from the app, the store will not be able to cancel your order and refund your money-- you will be on hold for the chat agent inside the app! for ages. Employees had their hands tied. Watched several door dashers come in wait and wait and wait, leave with an order, come back and say that the order was missing x, y, z. This has got to be one of the worst locations in Columbus. This is all on corporate. Staff your restaurants better. If we have to speak to an agent to cancel an order, then staff your app better too. How can you be begging people to come back when you haven't done anything about the subpar service? It causes suffering to customers and your employees. Boycott this place.

Im only giving a five star simply because its a busy Friday and sarah is in the store by herself handling business,being very productive and professional despite not having a single soul in there to help,GREAT GREAT JOB SARAH THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND YOUR PROFESSIONALISM DESPITE YOUR LACK OF HELP, ill be back because of your efforts
