Purchased the biggest on the menu, 16pc tub with sides $44, plus 8 tenders no sides for $18, was not happy with freshness of the chicken, I think it sets long in that warmer they got, but what really bad is that they put 2 breast 2 wings 2 drums and 10 thighs, I didn’t want a thigh dinner, but I guess no choice, as far as sides, mashed potatoes and gravy was okay, mac and cheese old, fries was good but not enough as a large order , for $70 I thought it would be better variety of chicken pieces and freshness. We really need a better fried chicken place around here. KFC was a lot better back in the days, no wonder it’s never busy here on Hilliard Rome td

Lazy teenager came out of the building and said they don’t open until noon while Google Maps shows them as open at 10:30am and I’ve gone there before at that time with them open.

The lady that waited on me was helpful and since I am a deaf person she was very patient with me. The food was hot and delicious. I have no problems going back and I do. Good help is hard to find.

Ordered chicken nuggets - REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTING! Extremely light coating, fairly dry chicken, little to no flavor. For a newer (less than 20 yr old) location, the tables were in need of repair. First, tables are welded to the floor - so immobile. The first one we tried, the benches (also immobile) were SO CLOSE to the table that if you were anything but a fashion model, there was NO WAY you could squeeze into the table! The second one you didn't DARE place any weight beyond the food on the table, as it was "precariously level" Just the weight of laying your arm upon the table in a seated position would have the table TILTING!

We always go in to order our takeout and sometimes we get what we ordered and sometimes not.I asked the associate if I would be better off to order a la cart or if there was a meal deal. He offered a meal deal that wasn't listed on the menu board and saved us at least $10 from our usual selections.The chicken was cooked perfectly for extra crispy. Cole slaw is the best here - no one compares to fresh KFC coleslaw!The chicken has been a little over spicy lately. Did the spices change - maybe the amount of pepper? Neither of us like spicy chicken or we'd go to Popeyes.

Consistently short staffed and rude and takes it out on customers. You'll be in the drive-thru and drive up to order and they'll tell you to come inside because drive-thru is closed. When you go inside, they tell you to go back out to the drive-thru. I said, "We were previously in the drive-thru and you told us to come inside! Which is it?" Be prepared to deal with people who hate being alive and hate their job.

I went thru the drive thru I work in the same area I get a 8 piece meal 2 sides I get my food home and soggy and not fully cooked I couldn't believe it and the thing is I love KFC what a waste of money I called to get a refund the phone just rang busy like it was off the hook waste of time waste of money do not eat
