I was a little disappointed. They gave us 10 donuts of the same kind and 2 others in one box. The other times I went they gave us a variety of donuts. The other box was the same a lot of the same donuts.

I'm mixed on this review. I placed a very large order a few days in advance and also caledd to confirm the order. However, when I arrived early in the morning to pick it up the person working knew nothing about it and it wasn't prepared. The women working did an amazing job have having her whole morning upended by the size of my order and she did her commendable job of pulling together as much as she could to fill my order.

Just stopped by for Veteran's day offer, (donut/coffee) the guy was maybe his first day? And he hadn't been trained yet. Seriously he couldn't get any part of our order straight! We were three veterans in the car, eventually he asked us to pull up, there were other employees there, and no one stepped up to help him, while we waited he eventually gave us a 3 donut box. He left the window and never came back, we waited but just had to leave.

I dont know what has happened to Krispy Kreme lately. The prices have really gone up for just the classic glazed donut. If you dont believe me just go order a half a dozen glazed donuts(~$14) and see how bad its got. I've gone here a few times lately and they never seem to be very fresh donuts. I remember they used to give you fresh hot ones right off the line. That doesn't seem to be a thing with this location. The one near Polaris has been much better with that.

Came here to buy some donuts and coffee at 9:35 pm. I go thru the drive thru and nobody responded. So I went inside and the worker didn’t want to serve me because he said they were closed but the door was open and online it says they are open until 10 pm. It was t just 1 person it was several inconvenienced customers as there were several people behind me in the drive thru waiting.

This place was awesome when it 1st opened it has gone down hill quickly. Staff is rude they have put and elderly deaf woman to take orders not very accommodating half the store is closed no one greets you ,they side eye you as if you have no right to be in the store. And to top it off, doughnuts weren't fresh on a Sunday morning,Won't be back any time soon. Do better

I rarely write reviews unless I have a great experience or an overly bad experience. Unfortunately, today was the second.
As I was getting gas at Sam’s Club, I watched a Krispy Kreme box truck just sit in the way of the drive-thru (if you’d like to follow up, look up video on Christmas Eve around 820-825am, you’ll see what I mean). As I pulled in after getting gas, this guy was asked to move by at least two people, but he just sat in his truck despite honking from many.
Finally he gets out to tell us he has to back up to the dumpster and the drive thru was closed until this happened. What was he doing for the 15 minutes besides blocking the space and making others drive all the way around to cut through the restaurant next door, I’m not sure.
So we all drive around him is apparently the answer during the morning rush. After I waited for my doughnuts (which, per usual what you order on the app isn’t available in the store after you’ve already paid and go to pick them up), I go back around the store and now his truck is mostly blocking the exit with not a person in sight. You then have to wait for the drive thru line to move to exit the lot. Just what I want to do after dealing with the previous.
Overall, food for whatever dice roll of doughnuts I get are almost always great 9/10. Delivery driver man 0/10 and drive thru accuracy vs online order 3/10.

I did an online order for 2 of there Christmas special 3 pack doughnuts which totaled over $15.00. When I arrived to pick them up they didn’t have any of the doughnuts I ordered. They gave me other doughnuts that were way cheaper than what I paid for and they were stale. This location never has advertised products and what they do have is either smaller than what there supposed to be or there doughnuts are stale.

Travelled across town (20 miles) for the special Grinch donut series and ordered online one of each in the series of 4. Only 2 were available and the online order was not ready. I asked the clerk to please look again. He found one donut in an other area. The floor was so dirty, squished donut and papers at the entrance. The only positive was the delightful smell of donuts cooking at full capacity....

People had I don't give a shit attitude and they were out of everything I wanted. They got my order wrong and had to wait twice in the drive through because they wouldn't let me go inside. And Krispy Kreme donuts aren't that good . I got Jolly Pirate Donuts. 😋
