Travelled across town (20 miles) for the special Grinch donut series and ordered online one of each in the series of 4. Only 2 were available and the online order was not ready. I asked the clerk to please look again. He found one donut in an other area. The floor was so dirty, squished donut and papers at the entrance. The only positive was the delightful smell of donuts cooking at full capacity....

This place is cool. We don’t have these in the south much. It was our first to see the whole process of the donut being made.
The staff were awesome and answered questions we had about the process and donuts. The employee also gave us a free donut—-Free hot glazed donuts when the hot light is on!

This Hilliard Krispy Kreme needs a little artistic help. The new Grinch donuts are not quite as advertised. The Grinch looks like an owl, the Santa Belly's outfit looks totally wrinkled, and the Christmas tree would make Charlie Brown proud. They were out of Grinchy Claus, but I'm sure it would have been an experience, too. Decided to make the second dozen un-Grinchy. At least it brought plenty of laughs from the family and friends.
