This is the second time I have had a pick up order at this location and it has been delayed. Last time they called me as I pulled in to the parking lot at my pickup time to tell me it was delayed so I sat there for over an hour with my dinner is the car, which became cold. This time, they called me and gave me no estimate of when it will be ready, and went as far as to tell me if I knew someone that wanted a job, it might be ready sooner. Unprofessional and rude staff at both experiences. As someone who has worked in grocery pickup in the past, there are better ways to handle situations like this that don’t include speaking unprofessionally to customers. I guess I will have to start driving an extra 15 minutes to the other Kroger for my groceries…
My favorite Kroger.
Kroger as a company has gone downhill since the pandemic. It's all about gathering data now, not selling groceries.
I won't be installing a Kroger app on my phone just to download coupons to get items at "normal" prices, instead of the artificially raised prices posted alongside the coupon price.
Went to Krogers today and used a bunch of the coupons they sent me in the mail.
Always out of stock of produce. Carts are in horrible condition and are never actually pulled into the store so you have to grab them from the parking lot. Have purchased multiple items that I later realized had been long expired yet still for sale. This store only continues to exist because of its location.
Placed an order for pickup at 8-9 pm. I get a call at 6:30pm telling me they are closing early and want to go home, so can I please come get my order early…. What??? Just what?
Walked into the liquor store here with an expired license. Expired by 1 month. Showed them a valid global entry ID. They would not sell me liquor. I'm 50 years old. Pathetic. Learn what a valid ID is.
I just moved to Hilliard from Cincinnati. Going into a Kroger typically makes me feel like I’m home. This Kroger does not. This is a sorry excuse for a Kroger. Spoiled meat products, no meat or vegetable bags in sight, messes everywhere, clearly understaffed on weekends, and prices so high that I had to reconsider my entire budget. This Kroger has so much potential and it is squandered by lack of attention to simple details.
This one star is specifically for this event. I go to this Kroger every Friday and spend anywhere between 400 to 1000 dollars every week depending on how much food my kids run threw. As I was checking out tonight the cashier was being a complete a** so I gave it right back to him. So I continued to check out and reached out to the manager that was watching the self checkout line. She asked me what do I want as rude as possible. I asked her if she had a second and she said she couldn’t step away from the self check out line to help me. So I knew I was going to get the same attitude that he was giving me from her. I don’t know if this the culture is what they strive for but it was vary upsetting. AT THE END OF MY TRANSACTION I FOUND OUT HE WAS SCANNING THE MOST EXPENSIVE STUFF MULTIPLE TIMES TO SCREW ME OVER. WHEN I Asked him why he scan my ribeye six times when I only got two he just looked at me like I was crazy. I am pretty sure stealing money from your customer Has to be some kind of crime when you do it intentionally. I am writing this on the way home from the grocery store so when I get home I will be checking every item I bought compared with my receipt considering I spent $975 in there and if I find one more thing that he scan multiple times I am going to call corporate office. I did get my money back from the six extra ribeyes, he scan multiple times but that’s because it was at the end of my transaction and when I got the receipt I was able to check it real quick.
Low prices, great sales, lots of U-scan registers

I would like to like this store, but it is a disappointment again and again. Especially pickup orders placed online. Thanksgiving meal ordered 2 weeks before with a pickup date the day before Thanksgiving. Even verified 4 days before, but gave it to somebody else. Decided to order groceries for the first time, and called to find out the process. Just like other stores, you wait for their text when order is ready. Had to pickup a prescription, so I was there a little after the 4pm (pickup time is 4-5p). Waited in the lot for at least 40 minutes, and had to log in their website at 4:57, and tap on the "I'm here".
That maybe my first and last online grocery order for me. Like some reviewers mentioned, pay better and hire more people. Share a little of your wealth to the hardworking people. These are not the only unfortunate experience I have with this store. But I don't blame the workers. They are hardworking.
Well stocked and don’t remember ever having an issue at this location.
Love Kroger’s but this one is dirty.
They had everything we wanted, plus some
Best Kroger in Columbus with the most biggest selection.
