I never leave reviews. But oh my god lol. donut factory is amazing. It was my boyfriend and i’s first time in there and we couldn’t ask for a better experience. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The woman behind the counter suggested the Carmel nitro cold brew, and we couldn’t stop talking about how delicious it is. And don’t even get me started on the donuts. Each one tasted better than the last. Will absolutely be back again!

Nice little donut shop with drive thru window. These donuts are yummy and a lot cheaper than all these other donut shops in Columbus. Hours are limited as well as seating.

We got an assorted dozen and let me tell you, they were so fresh! Great flavors and a true yeast donut that is light and fluffy. Friendly service, we will definitely be back!
