I heard about this place from a co-worker so I thought I’d try it out. It’s out of my way from where I live but I thought I’d give it a try because I love to try new places. It’s Lil just like it says. They do have a variety of Donuts and cheaper than most donut shops. I got the maple bacon. It was okay. A bit more sprinkles of bacon would be great. The maple cream filled stick was good. I really like the fact that they go easy on the maple frosting because this is a very sweet treat. Right amount of frosting and right amount of cream. Very friendly staff. I went around 6 am on a Friday and boy were they busy with lots of people coming and going. Great lil stop if you are in your way to work in that area. Give it a whirl. See what you think. Just get there early if you want fresh donuts and best pickings. I give it a five for the mere fact that their prices are cheaper for donuts. I definitely will stop again to try their other donuts. Oh and they also have donut holes!

One of the best donut places in Columbus! Their maple-bacon donut is amazing, and apple fritters are really great too. They do a good job on all of their donuts, and their service is quick and kind. HIGHLY recommend the maple-bacon donuts again! I've always gone early morning and picked them up fresh. Their prices are WAY lower than most other donut places. I got a dozen for ~$14 (including specialty donuts) which is a steal.

First time from ordering from here on doordash. Had high hopes but unfortunately the stuff that we got didn't taste very fresh was disappointed selection that we received! Wasn't worth over $20 for what we paid for! I'll have to come in earlier in morning and see if the fresh ones are better and see if they have a better selection of 🍩

My family stops here twice a week to sit down for coffee and doughnuts. The donuts are by far the best I’ve ever had but the people are even better. Extremely kind and personable and incredible service all around. Definitely my favorite business in Hilliard!
They were so patient and friendly with my daughter while she picked out donuts for her soccer team. The donuts were really good too. She was happy I made her go here vs Kristy Kreme 😂

I never leave reviews. But oh my god lol. donut factory is amazing. It was my boyfriend and i’s first time in there and we couldn’t ask for a better experience. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The woman behind the counter suggested the Carmel nitro cold brew, and we couldn’t stop talking about how delicious it is. And don’t even get me started on the donuts. Each one tasted better than the last. Will absolutely be back again!

Nice little donut shop with drive thru window. These donuts are yummy and a lot cheaper than all these other donut shops in Columbus. Hours are limited as well as seating.
