Little Caesars Pizza

How hard is it to read an order and get it right? If I order a stuffed crazy crust I expect the garlic and parmesan on the crust. This is not the first time this has happened.

Must have been "Bring your pet to work day" at the restaurant because I found what was most definitely an animal hair in my breadstick this evening. And guess how I found it... yep, while chewing. I took pictures of it but can't post them to this review. Very gross. I won't be ordering from this location anymore.

Lobby full of people, all employees in the back. Orders ready in the warmer, but employees won't come out and help people. 2 stars instead of 1 because it's kinda humorous.

Well, the food is great. The service lacks personalism. The workers flat out lie. We can track the orders in our app. So saying Ng it's in the oven when you haven't put it in, until 10 minutes after.... Doesn't win a lot of customers over.

Remember the true work of your establishment. Meet the consumers where they are. Provide great service and good food.

They take a little while to respond sometimes

Order the most bestest cheese pizza was told to wait for it 15 minutes for my order of four pizzas and two breads just for my pizza to be burnt and it to be regular cheese even though I paid for the mostest ones. So basically you pay for the most bestest pizzas and they just want to give you the basic pizzas and pass it. Didn't get my money back.. don't waste your money

Waited 30 minutes to pick up my order from the pizza portal only to be told they don’t even know where my order is. What happened to hot and ready.

I ordered a pizza here and then when we got there they said a doordash driver picked it up. and we didn’t get the pizza. but they charged 2 charges to my account and we didn’t even get any pizzas.

My husband and I went in on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. We got their hot – N – ready pizza. The pizza itself was decent, and we had no trouble with the staff. Our biggest complaint, honestly, was the price of the extra garlic dipping sauce.

Sadly, I don’t think we’ll be ordering from here again. Ordered a delivery for a pep pizza, waited over an hour, then was notified that the order was canceled “by DoorDash”. Went in to the store to try and see if maybe there was some miscommunication, which I understand happens. Waited upwards of 30+ in the store to even get up to the counter because of how backed up it was. I was informed there was nothing they could do about my order and that I’d have to contact DoorDash. No mention of a refund from the store, and a new order could not be made. This seemed a little odd to me, as DoorDash never showed a record of my order to begin with (as the order was never placed through DoorDash; I ordered right from LC’s website). Did some research and apparently Little Caesar’s across the board are notorious for either cancelling orders because they are late and disposing of them, or simply don’t fulfill the order and notify customers that the order “got taken but must’ve never been delivered”, essentially putting the blame on DoorDash. Quite a few folks were waiting for in store pick up orders that were late by over 40 minutes. Honestly not the end of the world, it’s just pizza. However, I would just be wary of ordering from here. I would just stick with Papa John’s or Romeo’s.

I dont know if it's inflation or if little Caesars is experiencing budget cuts but the pizza from this joint is about as dry as the Sahara Desert. Did they run out of sauce, or are they cutting back? I don't think I've ever ordered a pizza and got bread cheese and pepperoni with no pizza sauce. I ate three slices and couldn't finish the rest. The best thing from here is the cherry Pepsi that they DONT make. Im surprised my wifes wings came with BBQ sauce. One can only assume that was an accident as the last comment is the same complaint as mine. As well as my 25-30min. wait instead of the 10-15min. wait that was said. Won't be ordering cardboard pizza from here anymore.
