Well, the food is great. The service lacks personalism. The workers flat out lie. We can track the orders in our app. So saying Ng it's in the oven when you haven't put it in, until 10 minutes after.... Doesn't win a lot of customers over.

Remember the true work of your establishment. Meet the consumers where they are. Provide great service and good food.

Responding to the 5 stars is great. We all want you to succeed....

My husband and I went in on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. We got their hot – N – ready pizza. The pizza itself was decent, and we had no trouble with the staff. Our biggest complaint, honestly, was the price of the extra garlic dipping sauce.

This WAS the place to get pizza, convenient ordering online and walking in and using the pizza portal. Now they want to charge $1.50 convenience fee? Guess I'll be going somewhere else from now on. They also raised the price of thin crust pizza by $2. No thank you.
