Listen, there are some not-so-great reviews for Masseys here on Google, but I'm here to RAVE about them. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza (sliced in traditional pie wedges, you heathens of Columbus) around 830pm on a Wednesday night, picked it up 15 mins later right before closing, and it was perfection. It was hot, had a terrific amount of cheese, and the pepperoni was crisp and plentiful. It was the best pizza I've had in Franklin County since moving here 3 years ago. I'm not exaggerating. Ignore some of those reviews that give this place only 3+ stars and find out for yourselves. We were pleased ? ?

I should have taken a picture but sadly I didn't. The cheese pizza looked like a sad frozen gas station pizza. The other pizza with a few topping looked promising but once you tried to get a piece it was just soft and was barely cut so we had to pulled apart pieces. The taste was awful couldn't even eat. Neither one of these pizzas were eaten. It was a waste of 50.00. We had pizza from here soon after they opened and it was so good...this time it was a total waste of money...we ended up having bologna sandwiches which tasted way better than the pizza. Yes I filled out the survey that was sent to my email.

This pizza must be a franchise because getting pizza here is like playing Russian roulette. Not like masses in Westerville, this pie is horrible!!! Get domino's because this place is ruining the masseys name.

Was pretty much talked into using door dash bc there driver went homeat 6pm. My order ended up getting cancelled by door dash. I called the store and they said door dash had picked up my order 40 min earlier. Extremely unprofessional. I won't be going there
