This was the Worst service I have ever experience in the suburbs of Columbus. I wish I didn’t have to give it 1 star. I stood at the front and waited to be seated for almost 2 minutes. There was hardly any customers there. The guy that was able to seat me walked past me twice before saying hello. He was also my server and I think he was a bartender as well. He had a attitude taking order like he was in a rush. I think he prepared my food. This is a problem management should handle!! The food not pleasant. He never asked if I needed refills for my drink. I’m surprised this place is still in business.

We was here on business, needed a good hot meal. Needless to say it wasnt good or hot. Broccoli soup was cold, baked potatoe was cold. Probsbly wont be back. And the restaurant smelled awful. Like dog piss or something. Will not return or recommend.

The Hilliard location was subpar, at best. The server was nice enough but the food was terrible. I ordered the Apple Harvest Salad and it did not have a single piece of apple on it. The chicken was burnt, torn into pieces, and thrown on top like an after thought, there was one giant chunk of blue cheese in the middle of the salad that tasted like it had turned, and the dressing was just bitter oil. I was very disappointed because I had that same salad at the Sawmill location and it was the best salad!

Food was ok. Wait staff was ok. Best part was that it was like 20% filled so it was quiet and we could talk. This particular store seems old and kinda run down or “weathered”.

I had the chicken fajita quesadilla and it was delicious. I also had a bowl of their chicken tortilla soup and it didn't disappoint. Our order come out quickly.

Went here for lunch after Black Friday shopping. Great service and food. No complaints really. We got the potato skins, Friday special which is fish & chips for $10, and bbq chicken sandwich. Big portions for all under $30. Will definitely come back for lunch!

More of a lunch spot than anything else! Max and Erma's has great lunch deals that will leave you and your pockets full. I love their burgers and tortilla soup. I always ask for extra cheese and tortilla pieces on the side and it's never an issue. Staff can be hit or miss friendly wise but it's such a quick in and out experience over lunch I don't really care. Salads are delightful too just wish they weren't so calories dense.

This is one of the very few Max & Erma's left in Central Ohio. Momma T and I just happened to be in Hilliard and I had Tortilla Soup on the brain! We actually arrived on a Saturday about 10 minutes before they opened at 11:00am. We were the first patrons that day. Service was great! She was very personable and kind. We opted for an appetizer of potato skins, onion rings, and cheese cubes. All were delicious. The potato skins brought me back to my childhood and the M&E's in Reynoldsburg. We both ordered the cheesy meatloaf with mashed potatoes with a cup of tortilla soup. Our entrees came out before our soup, but we weren't bothered by that. What we were bothered by was Momma T's meatloaf being burnt on the bottom and my mashed potatoes that looked scorched. See pics. No worries though! The server and manager removed our plates and returned quickly with fresh replacements. And boy, were they good. The meatloaf was amazing with the onion rings and barbecue sauce . The potatoes were also fresh and delicious. The Tortilla Soup was to die for! We'll definitely be back as long as they stick around!

Good service and the food was really good. The placed looked a little run down but the hamburger and tortilla soup were both phenomenal. Will be going here more often!

Dirty tables and floors. Noisy atmosphere. Prices are very high for standard hamburgers and basic toppings (two persons with drink at about $36). Food quality is ok. This is a sad review for a local spot. Locals usually do better than chains.

Nice Resturaunt, great vibe and Good old music. Please don't forget the artsy touch the building has.We ordered a kids combo (which by the way and colouring stensils and colouring page too); kids get free sundae if they finish their meal, that's new to me (please ask them if that's only on weekends). We also ordered chicken burgers, fries, they had a vegetarian burger for me, with asparagus, which I enjoyed. They have special offers every Saturday, can cut down burger prices by almost five bucks. Also you can buy gift cards. The waiter was probably new, missed a few items from our order. They had some sort of ore billed us which created confusion and the manager sorted it out finally. I could have give five stars but because of the confusion(waiter was probably new) and the fries, which were cold and soft, I am giving it four. Though they made for that by giving us fresh fries later. There are restrooms available and the parking is pretty big, so likely to have enough space.
