Place a mobile order when I get off work at 10pm get there no later than 10:30pm and crickets at the drive through. They say nothing..drive up to the window crews in there working no headsets. They walk by trying to act like they don’t see me. Finally someone comes nonchalantly can I help you..? THIS HAS HAPPENED 3 TIMES NOW. Get it together.

Food was literally ice cold. Definitely not heated or cooked all the way through. I think it's time for the health department to pop in and check your food temps. I understand it's McDonald's but come on. People pay for it.

saw workers smoking in the mens restroom, one of them looked like a manager. all the ladies had horrible attitudes. worst mcdonalds. the wait times are horrible too many workers talking and goofing off while on the job

Ordered online through the app. Sat waiting for 20 minutes, no one came out with my order. I went in and got it from the counter and got a hollow “sorry,” and my bag just placed on the counter. My food was sitting out in a bag for at least 15 minutes and was now cold and stale. No offer to remake, just a “here’s your order, sorry.” I get that it’s fast food, but that was seriously disappointing. Management needs to do better.

Two times in a row I ordered lunch for pickup during a busy work day and get back to the office and they got the order wrong. First time I let it go. Two times in a row deserves a bad review.

Probably won't come back honestly. Just witnessed an employee finish in the restroom stall. Rinse his hands for about 5 seconds(no soap), and straight back to work behind the counter. Food safety practices anyone?
